The home itself is in a great location including walking distance to breweries. The house however was dirty. Two of the beds were either broken or about to fall to the ground. The sheets and towels had stains on them and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Some of the walls look like if you touch it, it will crumble. There was also an extra blue chair in the photos that was missing in the house.

This house was close to the softball complex, restaurants, and the downtown trolley. Hosts responded within minutes to every question I had. Covered parking spot was appreciated.
Needs more comfortable seating in the living room. Bathroom door doesn't shut tight.
Very quiet at night. Worked well for the four of us.

This place was just as described. We enjoyed our stay! The check in and check out process was very easy and the host was quick to respond. Loved the location and parking was nice! We look forward to staying again!

The hosts are very responsive and never made you wait for a reply when you asked questions. They were very friendly and helpful.
The house was walking distance to some great places to eat and a wonderful co-op grocery. We liked the location and ease of getting around town. The house itself if amazing and comfortable and they had everything we needed during our stay.
We were happy to stay here and would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house and they did a good job renovating it. It isnt too far away from downtown and its a short drive to UT. The neighborhood is a little sketchy (house next door and food center place next door) but we had no issues and felt safe. There is a nice Coop nearby that you can walk to for food and coffee too. The only weird thing is the bathroom sliding door. It really isnt very private. It doesnt block the view to the bathroom completely, so if someone is staying in one of the rooms next to it they can see in the bathroom if they look at the right angle. That should be fixed.

Very nicely redone and decorated home. Convenient location close to downtown Knoxville and down the street from other food, shopping options. Would recommend being aware of area before booking- As with many other redone homes near metro areas, 1 street is great and the next over can be questionable. That being said, the house is great and we never felt unsafe. Fenced backyard is great to have if a pet is coming with you. Overall great stay and had everything we needed.

This house is in a perfect location to visit the city of Knoxville. Such easy access to the interstate. The fenced back yard area was perfect for my dog. It also has a covered area to park under. The upgrades to the house were great. It had a very spacious den area. I would definitely recommend staying in this house.

Stayed here for a wedding at a nearby venue. Neighborhood a bit odd, agree with other reviewer who referred to ir as “up and coming” area. There is a grocery store in walking distance and the location is near highways and few min from downtown.
The inside was nicely decorated. Place was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. The porch was great for drinking coffee and watching our dog play. It was much better alternative to a so called “pet friendly” hotel. Our dog loved the little yard.
We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Location was excellent. Yard was great for dogs. Several cosmetic issues with the remodel (bathroom door had trouble closing, outdoor gate was tough to get locked, trim falling off near fireplace) but overall cute house and good stay. Wish it was cleaner upon arrival is our only complaint.
4.4
Nice, clean place with a great little backyard for the pup. Walking distance to Schulz Bräu Brewing Company which has a fun dog-friendly beer garden. All you need for your stay is provided. We enjoyed it!
4.4
I would definitely stay here again, the home is very warm and welcoming. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. My only complaint was there was no firewood at the property and we could not find any for sale anywhere so we were unable to utilize the fire pit. Small price to pay for such an adorable place. Check in and out was a breeze.

The description and pictures do not reflect the actual condition of the house. We walked into a leak under the kitchen sink, which could not be fixed. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the mattresses caused you to roll into the middle. There are minimal outlets that work. The dryer makes an extremely loud pitch squeaking noise. There were cobwebs in the corners of the house. Extremely disappointed with the condition of the house.

Close to the university and downtown area. Clean, comfortable house. Cute decor.

Even though it was built in 1920, it is decorated very nice and very close to food. It was clean too. The next door neighbor is a very nice old gentleman. When you stay there and you see him say hi. We had extra bratwursts we gave him and he was so thankful. For being right on the street it was very quiet. Overall, we would stay again.

Passing through on a road trip from Austin to NJ. Property was easy to access of interstate and everything was a breeze. Very convenient for my short overnight stay.

We LOVED this house! It is super cute, spacious, and the remodel is well done. They've also put a lot of thought into the backyard design so it is a nice space. It is within walking distance to a great grocery store, a food truck park, and several breweries and coffee shops. However, while the location is good, the neighborhood is a little sketchy so just stay alert. We had to contact the management company twice and they were nice to work with but their responses were a little slow.
