Experience Coastal Lowcountry Living with Spanish Moss and Live Oaks from this Waterfront 1st-floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom delightful condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy Queen bed, pull-out sofa, patio space & more! Close to Downtown Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is it!

This unit is not safe or suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. Therefore we do not allow children under 12 to stay in the unit.

There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.

NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.

BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.

You have full access to the condo. The pool, fire pit, dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas next door are off-limits as they belong to the community next door- the Village at Battery Creek.

Please note you are on the first floor and there is another unit above you. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

The property was very nice. It was clean and kept well. There was some temporary orange fencing in the backyard that distracted us from the view but overall it was beautiful. The location was perfect for attending Parris island activities. I would definitely book this spot again.

Highly recommend. Beautiful view, close to everything, easy access, and very clean. We messaged with a question regarding docking our boat and received an immediate response. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us the best way she could. We will be staying again.

This condo was a perfect place to stay after enjoying a day at beautiful Hunting Island. The rental was as described and more! The host was very informative with instructions and suggestions. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Charming place with a cottage vibe. Very convenient to the Marine Corps Base as well as Port Royal and Beaufort. I would definitely stay here again.

Very small; bathtub had a ring, 2hairs and hand held shower didn’t work. You’d get caught up between doors in bathroom. Surface light on range was out. Tiny closet with HUGE foam mat in it. TV and remotes were a nightmare!!! Dead batteries, cable programming options were sparse. I spent almost an hour with the owner after we checked in trying to get it to work! FRUSTRATING!!!

Nice and tidy condo with waterfront view of the river. Just minutes from Parris Island, shopping, restaurants and attractions. Nicely appointed for a quick weekend stay. Bed is comfy, patio is nice -- we saw a HUGE dolphin swimming in the river. Recommended!!

Very cute little condo, loved sitting out on the back patio looking at the water. We are definitely planning on staying there again if we head back that way. Also she was very accommodating for us, we were supposed to stay the weekend of the hurricane, but she easily let us switch weekends.

We absolutely loved staying here! The unit is nice and clean . The view of the river was relaxing ! Even saw some dolphins! Very close to all what you what to do ! I recommend going to Breakwater’s for dinner. The owner Sandra was nice and helpful too ! Thanks so much ! We will stay again!

The condo is updated and very clean. It’s on the ground floor. The kitchen and bath were well stocked. Furniture is comfortable and in good condition. Great size for two people. Owner was pleasant to work with and very informative about the property. We enjoyed the view of Battery Creek and marshes beyond.

Coastal Casa was super clean, well furnished and a wonderful winter escape for us. Heading back from Florida, we wanted a few days in beautiful Beaufort. Loved looking out at the river during morning coffee. Returning from a day at Hunting Island beach, we boiled up some locally caught shrimp we purchased on the way to the beach. So relaxing in the condo in the evening with wine and shrimp. The paint colors are soothing and the place is artfully decorated - a true touch of home. Don’t miss eating at Fishcamp and taking the short trail at Cypress Rookery. Both close by. A truly magical 3 days!

My Happy Place

My Happy Place

While I currently live out West, I come home to Beaufort as often as I can. "The Little Browns," as my husband and I lovingly refer to this community, have become my happy place, and this unit in particular is my new favorite. The view is all I need, but the interior is calm and comforting as well. Our hosts thought of everything and made sure our stay was easy and relaxing.

A sweet little condo with an amazing water view. The hosts are detail oriented and have thought of everything to help their guests have an enjoyable stay. Communication was excellent with great directions to reach the condo. Check-in was super simple. We will definitely stay at Coastal Casa again. We loved Beaufort! It’s like a mini Charleston without the crowds.

My wife and I were very happy with everything about this home! Sandra was an exceptional and attentive host that went over and beyond for us. A nicely furnished place that had character and a clean home feel! We had intended to explore Hilton Head but, found plenty of things to do within 15 minutes away, (Port Royal). The back porch views were the absolute best! Can’t wait to return.
