Great central location, friendly and quiet neighborhood. Of course, the managemtn company was amazing every step of the way. Loved the wine.

The house was super clean when we arrived. I am so happy that we booked it for a second time. It literally has everything you would need!

We stayed 7 weeks. The check in was Easy and the house has a electronic access code.
Super quiet neighborhood. Location is great for walking to Fredericksburg Main Street and seeing all the hustle and bustle. But being just enough of the path to have some piece and silence.
The house has everything you need. This is not a complaint but something the owner should think about the water is super hard and you can see that it is taking a toll on the dishwasher, and bathroom fixtures and pots and pans. They are showing calcium build up. The water also doesn't taste great. We bought bottle water and my wife used it to wash her hair. I fee if the owner would install a water softener in it would improve the life of the appliances and the bathroom fixtures.
We need to replace the water filter for the fridge and the property manager come and fix it quickly. Easy to deal with. Quick response and flexible
What I missed was an outdoor grill as they have a cover patio and yard that would have been great to grill. Again not complaint just saying.
We love everything about the house it had space for me to work and my wife to do her art work. We would come back but it’s not available for the time next year. Serious great location. The house and neighborhood are super quiet. The beds are comfortable and large. We loved our stay. Not having a grill and hard water are the only two negatives but we worked around that.
Our dog love the top to bottom windows so he could see out.

We loved this location and layout so much we booked for next spring! The beds were comfortable and it was great to be able to use the garage. A little feedback for the property manager... There is a small leak in the sky light over the toilet which results in a drip on your head while sitting on the toilet when it is raining. The toilet tissue and bath hardware are all loose. The rugs had not been vacuumed when we arrived. The master bathroom floor was not mopped.

While we were not able to do all the outside experiences for my out of town family, everyone did find the house to be acceptable. It was just a different experience than we had planned. However, that being said, I appreciate the efforts you put in to make the house happen for us. It was a really new and comfortable house and It will be a favorite house for many renters in the future. I only rate the house a 4 because of our expectations for the weekend. It really is a great house.
