We had such a wonderful stay in Newport! Ollie and Lisa make their home so comfortable and welcoming for guests. Great location to everywhere you would want to go in Newport. We were able to walk most places quite easily. My friends and I loved sitting in the front room enjoying our coffee in the morning before planning out our day. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! We really enjoyed staying here a lot. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. The house was incredibly well stocked (towels, dishes, cooking utensils, beach chairs, even snacks and coffee), everything we needed for a vacation. Really comfortable beds, lots of room to spread out, and great back deck to enjoy the sun. The owners were incredibly responsive to our inquiries. If we return to Newport, we’d stay here again for sure.

Ollie is a fabulous host. Very responsive and has a great brochure about the house, restaurants, places to go, etc. The house is in a great location. Beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. A winner all the way around.

We loved staying at this VRBO! It is beautiful and well cared for. The kitchen is great! In a great neighborhood, walking distance to town and water. The house is stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Newport.

We vacation in Newport every year. The owners gave us wonderful suggestions for activities and restaurants that we hadn't tried before. The location is perfect. We could walk to most places. Our stay was wonderful! Check-in and out were easy, the home was clean and well equipped. The house is a short walk from the best parts of Thames St but far enough away that it is quiet at night. The photos truly don't do the property justice.
My only complaint is the mirror in the upstairs bedroom made us all very self-conscious of our appearances (a true funhouse mirror lol).
All jokes aside, this was a wonderful property and we would love to stay again in the future!

This property is fantastic! The hosts have thought of everything...the home is well appointed and well furnished. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials (I prepared our Thanksgiving meal there!) and all the rooms are comfy and cozy. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable and we all slept well!
Location is another major plus and makes for easy walking to the Newport Mansions, Cliff Walk and Marina area (Bowen's Wharf etc). It's less than a block off Thames with plenty of parking available.

Our family had such a great experience staying in Ollie and Lisa's Newport home. It was beautiful, clean, and very accessible -- it's only a short walk away from the bustling downtown area. It also has a deck on the second floor, which was one of our favorite features of the home! Ollie and Lisa were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Wonderful house in the center of Newpoet
This house is great! Even more stunning than the photos. We were here for a girls weekend with 9 people and had more than enough space. The house is well appointed with everything you could need for cooking in, sleeping comfortably, etc. The house was impeccably clean, the hosts are communicative and kind, and best of all, particularly on a very busy summer weekend… you can walk almost anywhere in town. Would highly recommend!

This home was a perfect place to stay when we celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday in Newport. There were six of us, and we had plenty of room. I couldn't have found a better place for us to stay! The house is also centrally located and within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars, and wharves.

The title says it all. Owner is easy to work with and is prompt in returning your questions which to me is important. Home is in a centrally located area within walking distance of everything. We did not have a car, but if you did there is ample parking. The home has been lovingly remodeled and updated. Pictures don't do it justice. Plenty of space for your group to have its own area. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. A/C system was installed the week prior to our arrival. The temperature in each room can be set for your individual comfort. Easy instructions and lots of insider information for those not from the area. As I have a property that I rent on VRBO, I was very particular and am aware of what to look for. This home is lovingly taken care of and will not disappoint!! Trust me on this

Graduation ceremony stay
The host was a pleasure to deal with; promptly responding to any correspondence about the property. The house is so cute with attention to every detail. Plenty of room for everyone (we had 9 adults) with ample on site parking…key when staying with a large group in Newport. I look forward to a return trip some day.
