Overall, my stay at HE Hotel Apartments by Gewan was very satisfying. The modern and well-equipped apartments, excellent

I greatly appreciated the modern design and comfort of the rooms. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. The location was also a significant plus, as it was easy to reach local attractions and public transportation.

One downside was the limited parking availability, which made it a bit inconvenient if you had a car. Additionally, there could be some street noise at night, which might be disruptive.

Near and accommodative reception specially the Sri Lankan man who wearing eye glass he is very approachable

The property is indeed in good condition; however, it is imperative that we replace the bed cover, comforter, and pillowcase. Although they may not appear dirty, the lingering smell from previous users is a concern. It is a mandatory practice in hotels to change these items regularly after guests depart. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Aside from knocks rest was really good.

Spacious room

Continuous knocking from cleaners to clean the room in the morning was annoying. Getting checkout calls and knocks at 11 am while checkout says its 12-6 was really annoying.

Tudo muito bom, o cafe da manha perfeito, estacionamento gratuito. A equipe é super atenciosa e educada. Tem maquina de lavar no quarto o que ajuda muito. Tem cozinha completa e utensilios. Boa varanda. A area de lazer é otima com piscina, academia e hudromassagem. Boa wifi

So o fato de ter varias obras ao redor e se abrir a varanda enche o apartamento de po. Mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia

فندق جميل الاستقبال وصالة الدخول روعة موظفين زي العسل محمد مدير الاستقبال -جمس- عمر -محمد - وموظف هندي لطيف جدا - موظفين المطعم - كل الطاقم - فطور متنوع - موقف سيارات

- سكنت 12 يوم لكن مع الاسف خدمة الغرف بدت تتنازل كل يوم المفروض الي يسكن ويطول يكون له تعامل خاص وافضل في كل شي - يوم من الايام اغلق الفطور قبل الموعد بنصف ساعة ولم نبلغ بعذر لدهم حفل ولم نبلغ تصرف لايليق بفندق مثل هذا اتمنا اخذ موضوع ارضا النزيل بااهتمام افضل

Une grosse oerte de temps et une colere apres une lomgue journee fatiguante

The room very good , the price good, it's near mall and restayrant and it's calm The day manager in the morning very helpful very listening and very attentive to our question and help, there is 2 manager 1 black and 1 white personne because idon t know the name sorry but the black one was very good personne thanks.

Le manager de nuit tres sec et n'aide pas du tout, j'ai eu a extend sur booking mon sejour parcrque je ne pouvais pas check out aujourd hui comme j'avais beaucoup de choses a faire et le monsieur disait quil n'y a pas de place et que je devais quitter je l'ai pourtant montrer le message de leur hotel qui disait quil prendrai en considération mais lui ne voulait rien comprend il repétait en vain la même chose. J'ai étéobliger de changer d'hôtel a 19h30 la nuit avec mes enfants.

المكان نظيف جدا وإستقبال الموظفين رائع وشكرا للأستاذ محمد والأستاذ عمر والأستاذ جيمس على الرقى والذوق والأخلاق فى التعامل والإبتسامة الدائمة وسرعة إجراءات الدخول والمغادرة . كما ان الإفطار متنوع وممتد حتى الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا . كل شئ رائع وان شاءالله نقيم به باستمرار عند زيارتنا لدبى الجميلة .

بصراحة لاشئ . أعجبني كل شئ .

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel but if location is your after. This is not the hotel you’ll enjoy.

The property is clean. Our room is spacious. Clean service everyday. Topped up with toiletries and water bottle.

The location is quite far from tourists attraction. Had to use taxi all the time. There is a mall nearby, walking distance, which we didn’t see.It was too hot in Dubai, walking wasn’t fun. Only few staff, we find it friendly and accommodating.

After extending your stay for another 10 days, I’d like to thank everyone again. The beautiful admin Sara, the great friendly and professional front office Manager Mr. Ahmed and the amazing front office staff Mohamed Mahmoud & James. The friendly concierge staff Waqas & Nosheen, all staff in housekeeping service, add to all the wonderful, excellent service by Abdul Naser “the best”, Mohamed Abu Hind “excellent”, Fidaa, Chief Fadl, Abd elsamad Tejesri and Oshani at the restaurant lounge. Thank you all so much for the warm hospitality and wish to see you all again

Уютный отель

Путешествовали на машине, по этому не могу оценить возможности передвижений по Дубаю для бесколёсных путешественников. Отель очень понравился. В номере было всё, что необходимо туристу. Всё, как и обещал отель! Персонал очень вежливый и готов оказать любую помощь! Номер хорошо убран и чист. Стройка высотных зданий вокруг отеля не мешала ночью и не портила вид с балкона при утреннем кофе. Завтрак в отеле на уровне. Бассейн не большой, но помогает снять усталость после многочасовых походов по городу. На многоярусной парковке много свободных мест, где вы можете оставить своего железного друга. Рядом с отелем можно найти небольшие ресторанчики, где удастся вкусно и не дорого поужинать. В общем, понравилось всё в этом отеле! Спасибо всем сотрудникам за гостеприимство!

I’d like to thank the great, friendly, professional front office staff James and Mohamed Mahmoud, I liked the professional housekeeping service by the polite Noman and Sanaullah, add to all the cheerful, excellent service by Abdul Naser, Mohamed Abu HInd, Fidaa, Tejesri and Mariem at the restaurant lounge.

The only issue was the construction sound from the area around the hotel unfortunately.
