NEWLY RENOVATED, no pets allowed!!!! This home away from home has it all! Located in Holiday Shores on beautiful Lake Sinclair, this home is fully furnished and ready for you, your family and friends. Holiday Shores is a restricted covenant community, with not much boat traffic to ensure your enjoyment. We want to invite you to step away from all the stress of daily life and enjoy our perfect getaway. Waking up to the breathtaking views is sure to provide you the perfect time away!

NO PETS allowed. At all! EVER! : ).

This home includes a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), as well as dining space for 8 people. In addition, there is an outdoor grilling space attached to the main floor of this home, so get ready for some fun times. This outdoor grilling area contains a gas grill (propane is hard piped and provided) and outdoor dining space. The living room offers complete relaxation with 2 large comfortable sofas, a flat screen television, and a gas log fireplace. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has inside access to the master bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king bed, as well as a spacious closet. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity and a tile shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located outside of the master bedroom in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the downstairs floor, with a separate living area looking out onto the beautiful lake. The 3 bedrooms consist of 1 Queen, 1 Full, and the last room has 2 sets of bunk beds. The living area can be used as a fifth sleeping area, as it has a large sectional sofa. There are two porches, one for each floor, that provide the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. These porches have plenty of comfortable furniture for your complete relaxation. Go ahead and feel free to take that afternoon nap!

Please note that this home can only sleep up to six adults as the bunks are made to hold children.

This house has a concrete walkway leading you directly to the water. There is a spacious boat house and dock that's perfect for tying your boat up, fishing, and swimming! There is a swim ladder attached to the dock. This home is located on the main channel of the lake so there is plenty of deep water for any size boat. The dock also has an open area for those loving the sun, as well as a covered area for those preferring a shady spot. Get your fishing poles ready, as there is some great fishing right from the dock. There are also some water toys available for your enjoyment, which includes a tube and ski ropes, etc. There is a mini refrigerator for use on the dock. Oconee Springs Park (campground and marina) is located just across the lake (1/2 mile) for fueling your boat, purchasing bait and tackle, and grabbing snacks for your day on the water. There is a private boat ramp (only for the Holiday Shores community and is free) only a 1/4 mile away, with a private picnic area and volleyball court. The Kountry Store is just a ten minute drive from the house and you can also get some basic necessities there.

Other lake attractions include The Club at Lake Sinclair (30 miles by car/ 16 miles by boat), Crooked Creek Marina (34 miles by car/ 5 miles by boat), and Lake Sinclair Marina (37 miles by car/ 10 miles by boat).

In addition, we are just a short drive to downtown Milledgeville, where you can find excellent dining selections, local shopping areas and daily entertaining ideas!

We had a great time! The house was very nice. We spent most of our time swimming or hanging out on the large back porch. The bottle of Prosecco was a classy and thoughtful touch. We will definitely consider staying here again.

This is the second time we have rented this property. We stayed here with two other family’s. This probably is beautiful and the view of the lake are amazing. Close to the boat ramp to launch our boat and an across the lake there is a campground with a beach and blow up water obstacles on the water. All of the kids and adults really enjoyed spending the day here. They also have ice cream, ice and gas. The owners are amazing to deal with. This won’t be our last time at this property.

Amazing location with incredible sunset views this home really has it all! We stayed for a week with our three kids and it was absolutely amazing. Lindsey is awesome at communication her home is kept in immaculate condition and it had plenty of room for all six of us comfortably. The Host was very helpful and was available if you needed her. The house was very comfortable for our quick family get together. We loved the screened in porches with the beautiful lake views. If we could give more than a 5 star we would. Home and property is absolutely stunning. It far exceeded our expectations and fit our group of 9 perfectly. Never once did we feel over crowded. I know instantly when walking into a place if it's where I want to be or not and this did not disappoint in any way. Felt like home the moment we walked in. We loved not leaving the property until it was time to check out. Spent the days with morning run, relaxing, napping, hours down by the water and drinks by the fire pit at night. Was the exact vacation we all needed. Only thing I wish it had are kayaks. The owner Lindsey was the absolute best and most attentive to any need we had. First of all, the pictures don't do this house justice. It's been totally renovated and updated. Plenty of room for large groups to spend time together, inside and out. Theres also space to have some privacy or quiet time when needed. The dock is spacious as well. Lindsay has been quick to reply and extremely helpful from prior to booking and all the way through our stay. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Wow! Where do I start. From the stunning views to the coziness of the house itself, our family of 5 had one of the best vacations we have ever had. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful lake with great fishing and house has everything you need. They just finished remodeling and it’s beautiful and the pictures don’t even capture how cute this house is. Lindsey, the host was amazing to work with and was very helpful in getting us boat rental recommendations and checking in on us during our stay. We were so in love we even called her and were able to extend our stay. Cannot wait to come back when the fire pit area is complete and make more memories. Thank you Lindsey for making this family’s trip one for the books.

My family and I have been coming to the lake for the last 5 years. This is the first time we’ve stayed at this property and it was awesome. We absolutely loved the dock. Plenty of space for everyone in the house. Love how spacious the kitchen. The kids had an awesome time tubing and we did a lot of fishing. We definitely recommend this property.

Very nice place with boat ramp nearby. Home was clean well laid out. Nice screened in porch with fans. Where we spent most of our time except when on the water. Tip. We knew this was east side of the lake so make sure you have everything if not nice little drive to town. Dock area and yard where nice and maintained nicely. I had thought the boat dock at the house was available but was able to make do with bumpers we found there. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Was very relaxing.

Excellent Vacation!

This was our second time at this house and the new owners have done a great job of updating it and making it even more comfortable. We have a boat and the location on the lake is great! You can see Oconee Springs Park across the lake and our kids love playing at the water park there. Also, they do a great job of stocking some grocery items since there isn't a Dollar General or grocery store close by. Crooked Creek marina and restaurant is about a 10 minute drive on the boat and has a great atmosphere. We love vacationing here!
