This property was a great location! We were minutes away from the beach, boardwalk & activities. The house was perfect for our family & dog. It was clean, plenty of room, a quiet neighborhood and a fenced back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cook the majority of our meals. We will be staying here again as we have family in the area to visit!

Beautiful, inviting home, very clean, house has everything you need and more. House is centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and a short eight minute drive to the beach. We take a yearly family trip to Pensacola, we will definitely book this home again.

This home was beautiful! We loved everything about it and enjoyed the fenced backyard and quiet neighborhood! Our host Dana was very nice and accommodating and easy to reach! The location was perfect, between the beach and Pensacola. We will definitely be staying again on future trips!

Wow!! Pics dont do this house justice!! It's gorgeous, spacious, great location, the list is endless. Stop looking and trust this listing cuz it's legit!! Pensacola Beach is easy to get to, there's a Walmart Market right across from the neighborhood, house is on a quiet dead end street with zero traffic, everything inside the house is brand new and super nice. We cooked and cleaned and grilled and played all with ease and comfort. I would not hesitate to search this house out to rent again.

The dog loved the backyard. Even furnished a clean up bags! Just like the hotels! The bed was super comfortable. This trip was for our second honeymoon (45 Years). The hostess put a bottle of champagne in refrigerator! Thanks Dana for a wonderful stay! Charlotte/Nick Montgomery, AL. 2022

I reached out to Dana before booking, and she was a very kind, gracious host who accommodated us and our dogs during our evacuation from Hurricane Ida. We couldn't have had a better experience. The location is perfect, whether you are going to downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or staying in Gulf Breeze. The home is welcoming, entertaining, and very relaxing. I must say we would love to be back soon and walk around the neighborhood. We greatly appreciate Dana's hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We would love to see them put a microwave in the kitchen and a TV in the spare bedroom it would make it very much improved home if we had these improvements thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home we will we plan on returning soon.

This house was in a great location near EVERYTHING. It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was easy to find and located in a quiet, well manicured neighborhood. It is beautiful. The backyard is big and fenced in with a wooden privacy fence. There is lots of seating outside and a grill. The inside of the house is very spacious and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed from towels and hair dryers to board games and corn hole. It is beautifully decorated and has lots of windows for natural sunlight. This home was perfect for our family of four adults.

Above expectations

I was kind of hesitant at first because Dana said she would meet me at the home with the key. In all my stays in a rental home, I thought this was unusual so before arriving I called her 15 mins before I arrived and she was already at the house. When we arrived there was a man there preparing to mow the yard. It didn't bother us because we were only getting the keys and leaving. She showed me around and welcomed us. The house was spacious and very clean! She provided everything from mouthwash and toothpaste to makeup wipes. She even had a bean bag game that the girls could play during our stay. She informed me about activities that were going on, on the beach and surrounding areas. My family really enjoyed the stay and so did I. The only thing that wasn't present was a microwave. We didn't have a problem using the oven being that we ate out most evenings and only warmed up food twice. Dana stated that she was new to being a host but overall she did exceptionally well! We would DEFINITELY stay again!!!

The owner was super sweet, she came and greeted us when we arrived. She really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house was amazing!!! Super CLEAN!!! The entire house looks just like the pics online! This house in also in a nice, quiet neighborhood. PERFECT!!!
