Overall was good.

Shuttle to and from airport. We asked to be picked back up after drop off and watched shuttle drive by us twice. Finally had to get an Uber. ☹️

Not booking again

- Location to airport - pool

To be completely honest the hotel experience was underwhelming and subpar. We booked a 4 night stay and since day 1 it was unsatisfactory. First booking.com sent the wrong room reservation details in which they informed the hotel we had one queen bed request when it was two, this I understand was not their fault, however the staff performance and lack of professionalism afterwards is what took the cake. To begin, Jennifer at the front desk tried to help by finding us another room and waiving the early checking arrival fee, but couldn’t offer us an estimated wait time for a room, this was at 10:30 am. About two hours later after picking up our rental I went up to her again to ask for the room update to which the only thing she could tell us was that the rooms have not been cleaned yet and that we might even be waiting for a room until regular check in time at 3pm. Fast forward to 2:48pm I talked to another staff member whose name may be Luis (not really certain I overheard it when Jennifer called him over for help) who told us the rooms were not yet cleaned and it might be another 10-15 mins. At 3:20 pm I had to speak to another staff member named Evelyn as he never came back to me in regards to the room and he looked at me waiting in line twice as he was coming and going from the lobby. We waited a total of 5 hours in their lobby, and even fell asleep on their couches as we’ve been up since the day prior due to the fact that we had to drive to a different state to catch our flight. And to add their couches smelled absolutely putrid. The price was not change or even a comp was added to accommodate for all that. Second of all, we had to get moved to a different room after the second night as the a/c was not working and the room temperature was reading 77°F the first night and 82°F the second night.

I will not stay in that hotel again.

Very good cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere during the day.

The night was terrible, we went two nights without sleeping. Guests kicking down doors, screaming, and arguing in the hallway late at night.

Very convenient & clean hotel

Extremely close to the airport - free shuttle that comes every 30 mins. Very close to the port - cheaper to take an Uber than shuttle I'm fussy with linens and this hotel has soft, comfortable linens and beds.

The shuttle didn't come every 30 mins. We waited almost an hour and called the hotel. Got tired of waiting and took an Uber. Wish they had free continental breakfast - $15 pp They didn't have towels when we checked in. It was closer to 8pm.

Pratique pour une nuit à proximité de l’aéroport

Le style industriel unique et soigné donne beaucoup de charme à cet hôtel. La proximité a l’aéroport. La jeune fille qui tient le bar/restaurant très aimable et souriante qui a bien voulu rouvrir et nous encaisser un en-cas à emporter.

La navette que nous avons attendu 1 heure 30 à l’aéroport. La fréquence de passage des navettes des autres hôtels était très élevée. Une fois la navette enfin arrivée, celle-ci puait la cigarette et la bouffe. Il y avait des cafards dans la navette… ce qui nous a laissé penser le pire pour la suite à l’hôtel. Mais heureusement l’établissement était beau et propre. La femme à l’accueil n’était pas du tout agréable et n’a même pas réagi quand on lui a indiqué avoir attendu la navette aéroport plus d’une heure et être affamés sans avoir rien à manger à 22h. Elle n’en avait que faire.

Very unfriendly staff! Front desk was awful!

The front desk team were very unfriendly. The person who did the check in didn’t tell me anything about the hotel. He didn’t say anything about the pool hours, restaurant, hotel policy. Only gave me the card. I had a reservation for august, changed the date for may and paid extra for that. When I got there some guy from the team said he didn’t find the reservation and made no effort to find it. He said I had to call management. Despite the fact I showed him the reservation. Very unprofessional. After 10 minutes he said he found it. But he was not friendly the way he should be with customers. Will never stay there again! They don’t know how to treat customers!

Good...for a one night stay

There are only a few positive things I can say about this hotel. One was the staff. They were truly amazing, very welcoming, and accommodating. Second was the location; being five to ten minutes away from the airport and a free shuttle to get there was a significant plus.

I wish I had a third, but honestly, I cannot think of anything. We were deceived by so many things, starting with the food. The breakfast food items such as donut holes and fruit had a price. A gratuity was added to the snacks to be picked up in the pantry. There were only so many items to choose from in the first place, and it could have been better. And do not even think about keeping leftovers because there are no microwaves in the hotel at all. Online, it showed the bar was supposed to stay open until 11 Thursday-Sunday, but when we went downstairs Friday at 9:45 pm, they were closed. Second, the images show online a "game room" and open rooftop lounge/bar, whereas it's just one ping pong table, and the rooftop has either never been open or closed since COVID, according to several employees. At one point, we were freezing in the room, and we tried to cut on the heat, but it never came on, and now that I'm thinking about it, that issue was not resolved. For a one-night stay, somewhere close to the airport and cruises, this is perfect, but for anything more than two nights, look somewhere else.

Very clean, new and well located

Very clean, great breakfast, excellent parking and not too far from downtown.

There was no blind in my room and it took 2 days until I was moved to a new room. Shower could be stronger.

I loved the Buffalo wings at the bar. Staff were very nice and helpful!

I slept on a moldy pillow and my burger was undercooked. There was also no protein choices for non pork eaters during breakfast.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Superou minhas expectativas pq li alguns comentários negativos no site, mas podem desconsiderar pq o hotel é muito bom. O quarto é espaçoso. A localização é muito boa para quem precisa dicar perto do aeroporto. Tem transporte a cada 30 minutos para o aeroporto. Ficaria mais vezes . Recomendo.

Muito boa.

Quartos confortáveis e funcionais, com camas excelentes e banheiro do ótimo padrão. Limpeza geral (estrutura e quartos) e excelente atendimento de alguns membros da equipe. Bastante tranquilidade no hotel, embora seja uma hospedagem de trânsito.

Localização ruim (zona industrial, sem qualquer comércio/comodidade próximos), embora bem próximo ao aeroporto. Café da manhã pago a parte, com valor alto. Necessidade absoluta de carro.

Muito bom!

Os quartos são amplos, limpos e silenciosos apesar da proximidade com o aeroporto. O restaurante do saguão é excelente, principalmente porque chegamos a noite cansados da viagem. Foi otimo nao precisar sair para comer. Fica bem próximo do aeroporto. Fácil de chegar. Café da manhã bem servido. Voltaria outras vezes.

Lugar custo beneficio, pra ficar uma noite foi aceitável, hotel bem razoável. Bem perto do aeroporto mas fica num bairro bem estranho, o entorno é bem esquisito.

Hotel próximo ao aeroporto, limpo e confortável.

O hotel tem uma van que busca e leva ao aeroporto a cada 30 min, muito prático. Café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas é muito gostoso. Os quartos não tem carpete, camas confortáveis. Deixamos nossa bagagem no hotel enquanto passeávamos pela cidade até o horário do voo. Equipe muito atenciosa.

A bancada da pia é pequena, ao usar o chuveiro molha um pouco o banheiro.

Close to the airport, walking distance totaling the rental car location. Friendly staff, easy check in and out, free parking on site

Nice place to stay close to the airport

The room was pretty decent, space enough for me to spend the night before I went back home through the MIA airport. I thought I was going to hear airplanes flying through, but I didn't, I was able to sleep through the whole night. Location was also pretty good, considering I needed to have quick access to the airport.

The check-in took forever, as only one person was there at the time I arrived, and there was a queue with 2 more guests waiting. I also was not aware that there was a free shuttle to the airport, and the receptionist didn't even tell me anything about it. To be honest, she barely spoke with me, only apologized for the wait, and basic questions regarding my stay. It would be nice if the team would let guests know basic info about the hotel, such as where the gym was, where breakfast was served, and that there was a complimentary shuttle to the airport. I ended up using Uber, and found out literally 1 minute before my Uber back to the airport arrived at the hotel.

Buena opción cerca del aeropuerto

Es un hotel que esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y de la zona de renta de vehículos. La habitación era muy espaciosa, moderna y limpia. Tiene parking cerrado del que hicimos uso sin problema. Creo que si no vas a ir a la playa, para estar cerca de todo en Miami, este hotel esta en un buen punto de la ciudad. No tiene gran lujo pero esta muy prolijo y cómodo.

La zona donde esta ubicado no es de las mas lindas, pero ya lo sabíamos. Igualmente a los alrededores del hotel esta tranquilo. Moviéndose en auto no hay problema.

Overnight stay between flights

Me and my wife stayed at Radisson Red for one night. We waited about 20 min at the airport for hotel shuttle. Service is pretty quick. When going back to the airport, reception agent ask shuttle to come early. Which was really nice. Room was clean and almost quite, still planes were audible during a night. Regular ear stoppers are enough.

Breakfast starts at 7am. Strange for airport hotel.

L'hôtel est très bien, propre, bien décoré, bien situé et le personnel très acueillant.

En rentrent la première fois il y avait 2 couples des monsieurs avec des jeunes filles assises sur les genoux, on dirait des prostituées, vraiment desagréable comme expérience.
