Very disappointing, discouraging, and aggravating

I like the fact that maybe one Devan person was helpful and not rude.

I didn’t like to fact that the hotel canceled my reservations and sold the room to another customer. After I drove 8 hours to get there. There was multiple times that conflict and stories about how much the room was actually is. Some of the Staff were rude and not helpful at all. I would not stay or trust this property location again .

La navette pour aller à l'aéroport etait surbooke et malgre nos précautions, nous avons été dans l'obligation de prendre un UBER au dernier moment pour éviter de manquer notre vol! Nous avions demandé à l'accueil de réserver 2 places dans le shuttlle mais sans accord de l'hôtel. Inacceptable!!!3

-Eco and cruelty free toiletries -Very rundown hotel, but the room was as clean as it could be.

-Lumpy, clumpy pillows (all of them) -Old, uncomfortable mattress that needs replacing -Old furniture in the room that needs replacing -The check in attendant was unhelpful and unwelcoming

Vacaciones perfectas.

Mi mamá y mi abuelita pasaron muy bien en su estadía. Resaltan la tranquilidad del hotel y el excelente servicio de parte del personal. Cocina, Servicio de limpieza y Atención al cliente estuvo de maravilla.

le petit déjeuner est correct. les gaufres sont excellentes. la chambre est très bien et le confort est présent. Le personnel d'accueil est très sympathique ainsi que le dame de l'accueil avec qui nous avons discuté. L'établissement est très bien situé pour manger

A GREAT place to stay!!!!!

The gentleman at reception was awesome. We requested an early check-in and white nothing was immediately available he worked to get us in as soon as something was available

There was nothing we didn't like! We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if in the area.

Air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Water temperature in the pool was gross. Was like a warm bath. There were no towels in the pool area and when we asked for some they gave us 2 hand towels (we are a family of five).

Ok for one night between flights

Room good size. Breakfast suprisingly good. Extremely nice staff. Especially the lady in the reception who helped me to find a dentist for urgent need on Friday afternoon. Thank you again!

The dinner option are really limited unless one has a car.

Wonderful property and great in house staff.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff did an excellent job. Breakfast was very good.

We waited for over an hour for the "free" shuttle to pick us up. Because of a delayed flight, we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 2:00am.
