It was close to the beach
When looking for accommodation between December to March, I kept coming back to this property because it has a pool, spa and heated pool for the kids. When we arrived the pool was closed (for winter) the spa closed as it is getting taken away and heated pool also closed too much chlorine. We got no sleep as something was walking around the attic every night, we assumed a possum. The place sleeps 8 and we had to eat meals using plastic forks as not enough cutlery. Also we kept getting stuck in the toilet as the latch/handle would get stuck. The pool/garden view from our balcony was very disappointing as per attached photo. One of the beds in the loft the slats fell off when one of the kids hopped into it. It appears a few slats are missing. When I complained to GHH they advised me we can leave the premises within 4 hours and get the remainder of our money back for days not used if we wish, and that our holiday could not be extended. We had made plans with the kids and being given 4 hours to try and find other accommodation and move was just not possible, so we stayed for the duration. We will definitely not be returning. GHH also advised that it was on the website about pool being closed. When booking in March I checked this property out on numerous occasions and there was definitely no mention of pool being closed. As it is now May, yes the site says pool closed. For the price per night we were very disappointed.

Great location close to the beautiful beach, and surrounding areas, property was clean with all amenities needed for a great family weekend.
Provided parking a little far especially when it was raining and we had to transport our luggage from the vehicles upstairs.

Location is good
staff need to be more responsive when it comes to holiday stayers and broken items, more attentive when cleaning and checking the maintenance of the Villa, we had multiple lamps with no globes, no lights whatsoever up stairs, fridge wouldn't work but managed to get working after turning off for 15hrs, our 6 year old son was locked in the toilet due to a faulty catch missing a screw, bed upstairs was broken, towels upstairs were wet, one TV in the whole Villa, I could go on... Owners need to keep up on maintenance and not rely on staff who obviously don't know what they are doing.

the house was beautiful, comfortable and clean and excellent location
We couldn’t acces the pools. It was closed which was not communicated when I booked. I enquired about access and still haven’t any reply or follow up. A bit of a let down. I wont book here again

The unit was clean and tidy with a decent sized ensuite. Theres plenty of space for a big group and walking distance to the beach is a big plus.
The parking was a bit far away from the unit for loading and unloading purposes
8.0
Clean and it's just on beach
Not enough plastic bag for bin and toilet paper
