Beautiful apmt that needs some polished finishing

Large apmt in a new residential building, also the location was important to be close to CC Los Alisios due to a race starting and finishing there. The apmt was clean and had all the basics in it. Very nice hot shower was a big plus too.

The location: not a nice evening walk, in fact I’d avoid going out in the night around that area The apmt: although it says there’s a balcony, there are no photos of it here in the description, and it’s actually a tiny outdoor area with washing machine and cleaning stuff, with only one chair possible to fit in (but then the door is blocked). Facilities: no kettle or small sauce pan to boil water which was important for me. No coffee machine despite the photos. I understand the absence of welcoming details like a bottle of water or chocolates as we only stayed for one night, or even coffee capsules, but the coffee machine itself was also important. There was only Italian one for molded coffee. Ceiling light in the kitchen was not properly working; Sofa-bed in the living room was broken so you couldn’t sit on it, only lie down; maybe insignificant detail but we like low light, and there was not a one standing lamp or bedside table lamp in the whole apmt.

Edificio moderno in un borgo popolare e autentico

L’appartamento si presenta elegante con un buon accostamento di materiali e colori. Il quartiere non è turistico e molto silenzioso

L’appartamento sembra incompleto e probabilmente realizzato da chi non ci ha mai abitato e che pare non sia interessato a completarlo, considerato il fatto che persistono i difetti già rilevati da precedenti recensioni negative. Ci sono diverse scomodità, come l’assenza di armadi, porta asciugamani, mensole. Non ho utilizzato la cucina dunque posso dare un giudizio sul punto. E’ privo di un impianto di riscaldamento/raffreddamento. Almeno io non l’ho trovato e non mi è stato indicato. Il difetto principale è il senso di claustrofobia ed insicurezza che produce il fatto di trovare l’appartamento al buio, con tutte le tapparelle abbassate e bloccate dall’interno, probabilmente per una questione di sicurezza dato che l’appartamento è al piano terra e il quartiere è evidentemente povero e poco affidabile secondo il parere dei gestori. Personalmente l’ho trovato un quartiere tranquillo. I gestori purtroppo sono di Napoli centro per cui non possono dare consigli sulla zona

Horrible. Sucio y cucarachas en la cocina

Ideal para las cucarachas

Además de que había una plaga de cucarachas en la cocina, todos los utensilios que habían estaban sucios, de echo tuve que comprar nuevos ya que apenas habían no estaban llenos de grasa. No hay ni cafetera, ni wifi, cosa que ofertan y no tienes armario donde colocar tu ropa. Intenté irme de la vivienda pero según el propietario la casa estaba limpia, le envié las fotos y me prometió realizar reembolso parcial que a día de hoy sigo esperando. Seguramente me bloquee como he visto que suele hacer a quienes se quejan. Sinceramente una ESTAFA, nada que ver con las imágenes. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo

Very good

The apartment is brand new and clean, quite cozy. In the new building. Modern and convenient kitchen.

The location and neighborhood are the only disadvantages. Road uphill is hard to park. Also could be good to have a hairdryer and softer bed sheets in the apartment

Very good

Modern kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen overall well equipped with all essential items, helpful assortment of spices were available (although we did not need to use them) friendly and supportive staff, very clean, enough warmer bedding

Sleeping couch in the living room was a little shaky, wifi was very slow, the owner explained us that on the day before we arrived the internet provider had reported some problem which could not be fixed before our arrival

do not recommend

very difficult contact with the owner of the property, missing the basic kitchen equipment (even though it was selected on booking). Basic equipment I mean: a kettle, normal knife, cups etc.
