The Moulin Rouge is a lovingly restored Victorian with modern amenities. The breakfast was delicious and made personally by the superb hosts, Kristin and Chris. It is walking distance to many services and restaurants/pubs.

Everything at moulin rouge were above and beyond our expectations. So relaxing. Going thru pics of the remodeling and reading the history made it so interesting.

Great location, full of history! Beautifully restored house, comfortable beds, and I liked the A/C split systems in each room to keep cool in the summer heat.
It’s an old house, so the floors are creaky, crooked, and the walls and not super soundproof, but that’s all prt of the charm of staying in a house like this!

Beautifully restored. Great public spaces-sitting room, kitchen, porch & dining room. Nice bathroom off bedroom.
Our room was small.

Great hospitality, in a very charming bed and breakfast. They served an excellent 4 course breakfast in the morning. Can't wait to go back!

The house was beautiful and it was close enough to downtown attractions that we were able to walk! The morning staff member that cooks the breakfast (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) was super friendly and told us a little about the house itself which was very interesting!
There appeared to be a left over food container in our room on the floor next to the trash can. It was behind the door so I understand that it could be easily missed. Otherwise the room was perfectly clean and beautiful. I wish I would have had a little more instruction on booking a breakfast, we missed out on the 4 course breakfast because we did not realize we needed to book it ahead of time.

Victorian house very charming. very good breakfast. personalized service. I got very sick with pneumonia and needed to stay an extra day. the room was already booked for another party but I was offered a room at a sister property instead. owners went out of their way to be helpful.
parking is a bit tricky.

I did not have the breakfast
It felt very strange to enter the house and no one was there. Breakfast should be included in the amount already charged for the room.

EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT and far exceeded any expectations we had! INCREDIBLE Hosts, food, comfort and company!! We HIGHLY recommend to EVERYONE rather than a hotel!

loved the porch. perfect place to hang out with morning coffee and evening glass of wine

Continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
By necessity the bed was a double bed due to the size of the room so was a bit small compared to what we are used to.

Beautiful renovation of the house. The couple running the B & B were very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to a fantastic brewery - Locale as well as places to eat. Very clean with modern amenities. Chankaska winery is 15 minutes away. My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was wonderful!
There's nothing we didn't like.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very quiet but close to everything we wanted to do. The bed was awesome!
I am in early riser and would have liked to of found a small throw to put over my lap while I sat downstairs in the early morning.

Beautifully and lovingly restored jewel of a property. Very comfortable room with every detail thought of from comfy bed to extra toothbrush and fluffy towels.
The owners warmly greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the nicest stays I’ve ever had.
The TV cable seemed to have some issues with buffering.
