Spent $250 on a room to only be there for 8 hours and get no breakfast included for spending so much money is a little crazy to me

Reception staff were very welcoming. Especially Antionia sorry if I spelt name wrong but all reception staff were great. Even the man that cleaned floors was friendly. Much better than Courtyard Sioux Falls

Wonderful place, clean and decent bedroom for the price, amazing walk in shower that the whole family loved. Good privacy and services overall. Perfect for the introvert.
Place was under construction so you can’t do anything about that, even offered us free TVs. Nothing was really bad at all.

Nice and clean.
The bed was hard as rocks... lol

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Nice and convenient location next to River Hills mall and many restaurants. Only 10 min drive from the university.

Location and the bar in the lobby.

Very nice ambiance and feel to the place. Has a classy feel to it. Large rooms. My wife is pretty picky about cleanliness. She didn't find much to complain about. Only thing was some dust on the wall that was easily wiped off.
The room temp controlled by thermostat, but the fan kept blowing cold air. Room temp was 66° but set to 70 and still blowing cold. Eventually got it to like warm air n left it alone. No continental breakfast option. Bathrooms near pool are out of the pool area. Makes the hallway wet.

Very pleased with the accommodations. The desk clerk (Antonnia) was very friendly and went out of her way to make our anniversary stay special. The roo. Was quiet and clean. We will come back.

The shower in the room was very nice, I also enjoyed having the full size shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles available in the shower vs. the little travel size bottles.
The hotel was able to honor my request for adjoining rooms, which made traveling with kids easier.
There could be more chairs available in the pool area, also the pool towels were out when we arrived at the pool.
A staff member lied to my son about breakfast. I wasn't sure of the options for breakfast so I sent my 15 year old son down to the front desk to ask and he was told that a complimentary breakfast is served. So my husband took our 4 kids down for breakfast to be told he had to purchase breakfast. Why was my son told there is a complimentary breakfast?
The beds in the room are rock hard.
I paid for 2 King rooms with a pull out couch, and received 1 King room and the other room had 2 queen beds.

it was very clean and all the staff were very nice
the bathroom shower was not the nicest I ended up just taking a bath because the shower head wasn’t working properly
0.5
The front desk people and coffee bar were all very kind
I asked for a room far from elevator since I am sensitive to noise. I was far from elevator, but facing the highway. I woke 3 times in the night to wedding guests, children running the halls, and highway noise. The manager did not refund my stay
