Świetna lokalizacja w historycznym centrum Antigua

Świetna lokalizacja i klimatyczne patio. Można zamówić transport do innych miejsc w Gwatemali, wycieczki np. do Chchicastelnango.

Zbyt restrykcyjny regulamin hotelu. Brak wymiany ręczników i opróżniania kosza na śmieci w łazience podczas pobytu (3 noce)

Perfecta!

El desayuno es bastante bueno y rico. Esta alojado muy cerca de todos los lugares y atracciones de antigua. El personal siempre muy atentos y amables!

El respaldar de la cama estaba solo puesto, por ende, sonaba un poco si no estaba bien acomodado pero es algo mínimo.

Excelente ubicación!

La ubicación es muy buena, está en el centro de Antigua y justo a la vuelta del arco de Santa Catalina. El personal muy amable y nos ayudaron con el transporte a nuestros siguientes destinos a un precio muy cómodo.

Gute Lage, mehr Flexibilität wünschenswert

Großzügiges Zimmer in ruhiger Lage, schnelles und stabiles WLAN

Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche und Toilette nicht immer sauber. Im Nebenhaus - in dem wir untergebracht waren - fällt der Komfort, im Vergleich zum Haupthaus, etwas ab. Frühstück erst ab 8.00 Uhr möglich. Das passt bei mancher Vulkantour zeitlich nicht mehr. Mehr Flexibilität wäre hier schön. Generell lässt die Schnelligkeit der Kommunikation bei E-Mail Anfragen etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Unterkunft im Haupthaus mit Blick auf den herrlich grünen Innenhof, ruhig und zentral gelegen; schnelles WLAN und gutes Badezimmer; sehr hilfsbereites Personal (als der Shuttle nach Santa Ana über zwei Stunden Verspätung hatte); wir hätten direkt übers Hotel buchen sollen ;)

El lugar es céntrico, limpio y mucha paz y silencio. Se descansa de maravilla.

Agradable, bonita y cómoda

Está súper céntrico de todo, del arco se esta a menos de 5 minutos caminando, para ir a las oficinas de hobbitenango solo llegas a la esquina y doblas todo muy cerca

Lo único que no me gustó es que yo en booking adquirí una habitación deluxe la cual pagué un poco más y al llegar a alojamiento me dieron la habitación normal sin embargo me indicaron que ese había sido un inconveniente desde la página de booking.

Me encanto! Mágico alojamiento

Parece un hermoso jardín de ensueño, campestre y rústico muy pintoresco. Habitaciones súper cómodas con su agua caliente y buenas sábanas para el frío. Me volvería a hospedar sin duda me encanto! Además la ubicación es excelente a solo unos pasos de literal todos los sitios de interés.

Colocaría cortinas en las habitaciones de abajo en la parte de los vitrales.

situated in a quiet area

they don’t clean your room everyday. in my case they didn’t clean my room till the day I checked out. I had to put my trash out. breakfast was not on the same building. reception is not on 24 hours.

Will not recommend it. There are plenty of other choices with a better cost/value

Breakfast was nice

Receptionist was not polite/pleasant, also was also very reluctant to issue a receipt/voucher after payment for the stay. The information provided in booking is not fully accurate e.g. there is no tea/coffee available at the premises and you have to go to another building to get your breakfast. It was a good walk to the main square. Overall disappointing stay.

** Keep in mind, being from the USA, we have altered expectations. The bathroom was very tiny for 5 people to share. I think the owners have done well with what they have to work with!

disapointing

the location in the town was good, close but quiet.

I did not get the room I reserved. I booked a deluxe double room which was supposed to be 16sqm. but my room was not much bigger than the bed. there was supposed to be a window, but there was none. there were no curtains on the frosed glass door, so my room was lit by the neon light from the patio.

Location is perfect, 1min away from the arc, staff is very nice. Speak to David be ause they have the best prices for shuttles and tour like the pacaya volcano. Great value

highly recommend and would definitely stay again

it was on a main road but as soon as you enter the building it is so so quiet. beautiful and cozy. very clean. kind staff. great location. less than 5 minutes to the arch. shops and restaurants everywhere. we even booked an Acrea day and they held our luggage when we did the camping trip.

the rooms on the bottom are very stuffy, the bathroom don’t have vents so it doesn’t help with the stuffiness of the room.

room was clean and bed comfy. warm water and possible to refill my bottle.

the staff doesn’t speak English but just like a lot of people who work in hôte in guatemala. one of the women didn’t really want me to leave my luggage when I checked out. I finally could do it but with explaining why I needed to do that. the breakie not a lot of choice

TV didn't work recieves channels was told it was reception? as everything is cable, NetFlix was available but not going to my name and password into a strange account, bed was like sleeping on a rock, one pillow, the price went up considerable with another person. Breakfast at 8am, wrote them to ask, never received an answer as I had to leave early. They had a copy of my question, never bothered to answer. I should have cancelled and used another hotel. I even wrote to Booking.Com, next time a hotel doesn't respond, I will cancel.
