All great amazing house and great location next to station. Supermarket only 7, 10 min walk
Didn't see the 200 pound deposit note in the important information, should be more visible. Also I never seen it anywhere else requested , but it was not eventualy taken from us and they were very polite about it so all good!

Really lovely place to stay, house is super clean, comfy beds, parking right outside the door, lovely garden out the back. The hosts are super friendly and provided everything from hairdryers, toiletries, iron, coffee machine. The house is close to everything and is in a great location right beside the train station.

Revolting kitchen grime and vindictive retaliatory owner! Astonishing behaviour.... AVOID!
My wife and I recently booked this property for a family getaway over the Easter weekend so that my son and his friend could attend an event at the NEC. Our daughter was able to join us for part of the time. We all work hard and cherish the rare opportunities to spend a few days away together as a family.
Regrettably, our experience at this property was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival after a long day of travel, we were horrified by the disgusting state of the kitchen. It was evident that thorough cleaning had not occurred in quite some time. Everything was coated in grime: the cooker, cupboard doors, and even the fridge. Cupboard handles were sticky with food residue and crumbs behind them. The cutlery drawer was filled with crumbs and hairs, and we found dirty crockery, grimy worktops, and a washing machine covered in filth. We spent our first hour cleaning the repulsive filth.
After sharing our concerns with the property owner, they did not care until we posted initial feedback. At that point, they retaliated with baseless accusations. They claimed that we had a party and brought more guests than we paid for and accused us of using illegal substances, all entirely false, raising serious questions about their integrity and professionalism.
The property's 'exceptional' rating led us to book, but our experience was disappointing. We now doubt the authenticity of other reviews for this property. Thankfully the owner was away and unable to collect the £200 cash deposit as based on their behaviour they may have used this as a hold over us to leave positive feedback.
This experience has left us frustrated, disappointed, and upset. We caution others to consider alternative accommodations for a more pleasant stay. Future guests should be aware of the property owner's unprofessional and vindictive behaviour.

We Loved everything about our stay. Excellent communication from the host. Property had everything we needed to self cater. The property is modern, clean and beds are really comfortable. Train station is a few minutes walk away making travel from airport or NEC really convenient.

great location, had everything we needed, milk in fridge and sweets on side were a nice touch.
whilst 90% clean it was just a bit tired in places. there were bits on downstairs loo floor and skirting boards not spotless. loos were clean, kitchen was clean.

location was excellent for the train into Birmingham for the commonwealth games. A 3 min walk to the station. Quiet location . Comfortable,clean and well equipped

The house was easy to find, had parking on a driveway and felt very clean and new. The house was well looked after, perfectly clean on arrival, had everything you could need including a few extra bits in case you didn't bring them or want to buy them. Plenty of space and light. The host contacted us before to check we didn;t need anything and that all was understood and also contacted us duringour stay to check everything was all ok. An excellent location for visiting either Warwick University or Birmingham NEC. Would happily stay again.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable. Perfect for a base of operations to visit the NEC with the rail station a 3-minute walk and trains every 20 minutes.

Very comfy beds. The house is very clean, modern, elegant. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Quiet. Friendly neighbours. Good location. Nice terrace and garden with a few herbs and flours. Parking right in front of the house.

All great, occasion noise from train station but only to be expected as close to railway, once trains stop running all ok.
No normal TV channels available, Netflix and a few others are there.

The property was cleaned and setup to a high standard,fully furnished and great cooking facilities and great cooking facilities for a short and long stay. Good communication from the host and easy to deal with. Private and secure parking helped me to sleep with ease. Highly recommended.
