Unfortunately road outside was busy

The location is superb, with both beautiful garden and ocean views. Saint Michael's Mount can be seen across the water. It is a lovely morning view.
Mount Royal is within easy walking distance to the centre of Penzance, restaurants, and transportation.
The accommodation is exceptional; it is clean, beautifully appointed, and well maintained. The hosts, Melanie and Thomas, are absolutely charming and go beyond expectations to make your visit comfortable. Their breakfasts are divine, and many options are offered.
I can not imagine staying anywhere else in Penzance. Mount Royal Penzance is perfect in every way!

We had a lovely time at Mount Royal. The bedroom was beautiful, spacious with an absolute stunning view. Tom is an excellent host, always there, very helpful with anything you may need, good advice about things to do and to see and always happy to make small talk. We had bikes with us, which we could place in the garage. Every time we needed them, he came running out with the key. Tom cooked a great breakfast and had fresh fruit every morning. And last but not least: He learned us to have scones “the proper way”, we will never eat it “the incorrect way” ever again ;).
The B&B is located on a busy street, but with the stunning view, you tend to forget it. During the night it’s not that noisy, so we could sleep well.

Excellent breakfast and amazing view!

Very kind, friendly, awesome owners. Local people, family-owned property. Always happy to chat and share tips during breakfast. The breakfast was fresh, homemade and very good (make sure to try the local smoked fish), fresh fruits also served each day and good quality coffe/tea, plus extra glass of juice. We were leaving very early on last day and received home made sandwiches for the journey (we missed the last breakfast). They were really good :) The accomodation is close to the train and main bus station - very good for planning day trips all over Cornwall. The bed was comfy, plenty of space in the room.

Great room, very spacious and clean
The location was spot on for us (shame about the weather)
My only issue was the breakfast. The card on the table stated to ‘see buffet table for a selection of starters’ There was no buffet table and as I don’t eat cooked breakfast, beans on toast or egg the only option available was toast, which after a couple of days was getting boring. Reading the card I expected to see pastries cereal and yoghurt. Very disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosting couple is very kind and attentive. The room was always impecable. We had a delicious breakfast. The location is quite central. To visit the town center it takes 15 minutes to walk. The railway station is 5 minutes away. Melanie and Thomas gave us some good advices what to see or visit here.
The nearby road is bearable if you leave the windows closed.
The very best part was the fantastic view of the bay.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, great sea view and the room was spotless

The hotel was ideally located only a short distance from both the train and bus stations and only a short stroll to the town centre. The sea view from our room was amazing looking across the bay to St Michaels Mount, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our hosts Tom and Melanie were very attentive and made us feel most welcome. The breakfast was just as we liked, fresh fruit to start and a well cooked breakfast using good quality ingredients, it set us up nicely for the day.
We have no complaints regarding our stay.

Wonderful hosts, Melanie and Tom. Professional and friendly. The location is excellent, minutes from the train and bus stations. Our view from the bedroom bay window included the harbour across Mounts Bay to the iconic St Michael's Mount, which is a nice walk away. Breakfasts were always fresh and made to order, hot and cold. We wanted for nothing. Room was bright, clean, and well equipped. Plenty of drawer space and a large wardrobe. We had absolutely no complaints and will return.
Nothing I can think of.

Very nice breakfast and closed to the buses.
There is no direct pathway to the beach.

The house has such a nice furniture. Is taking you in the past and gives you a very nice feeling by staying there. The view of St Michael’s Mount is amazing. The breakfast arrangement is nice and the host was excelent!
Very Poor internet connection.

The house is beautifully restored and very comfortably furnished. Our room was large and nicely decorated. Fabulous view!
The hosts are charming and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent!
I would have liked larger towels and perhaps drinking chocolate on the tray in the bedroom.
The bathroom is a little tired.
The windows rattled when it was windy, so we wedged them with folded paper. The view is fabulous, but the road is a bit noisy.

Large room, very clean, en-suite, large comfy bed, fab view, beautiful 19th century house, fine quality tableware (Wedgewood) and linen, excellent breakfast, Guest parking, friendly, attentive hosts.

Wonderful breakfasts with many choices; hosts Tom and Melanie were kind, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. Our room was large and sunny, with a spectacular view over Mount Bay. We could easily walk to restaurants in the town and to the beach. We would love to return!
We liked everything, and that is rare for us!
