Amazing apartments. Modern, stylish, and located in the city center and at the same time incredibly quiet and peaceful. The owners were always ready to help and give great suggestions on what to visit. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

The owners were very accommodating, kind, and willing to help with directions and anything else. They made me feel at home.
I loved everything about the property
4.5
The building conversion and location were exceptional. Staying in the knights old chambers was a real treat. Everything about the rooms feels premium. The AirCon was good, we ran it quite a lot in the night and kept the windows closed which kept out the mosquitos. Nick and the team were all very friendly, helpful and easy going. Always on hand if you needed to ask something or help with taxis, directions etc. There is a comfortable and attractive courtyard which is nice to sit in in the evening once the sun has gone down. If they start offering food and drink there, it'll be the perfect place to have a drink at the end of the day before bed. Location-wise, it's not possible to be more central in the Old Town as far as I can tell. Everything is on your doorstep and yet despite this, it's still super quiet in the room at night. All in all, we loved our stay and would absolutely consider returning in future.
The only thing that would have been good to have was a second chair in our room so we could both sit down without having to sit on the bed. A full length mirror in the room would have been handy but there was one downstairs.

Absolutely amazing accomodation right in the heart of old town. We couldn’t of been happier with our stay here. The staff were fantastic and super helpful with any questions we had. Room was like staying in an ancient castle but also very modern. Will definitely recommend staying here. We will certainly be back.

The property was perfectly placed for visiting the old town and all it had to offer. Just a five minute walk to the palace of the grand masters and Roloi tower. Also just a 20 minute walk to the beach. The owner Irene was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a kind person. Our room was very clean. All the toiletries you needed so you do not need to take your own. It was quiet even though you are right in the town. It was down a lovely street. Excellent property.
It was perfect so there wasn’t anything not to like.

Location was excellent. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding anniversary and they decorated the room with balloons for us. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Not being a tea or coffee drinker, I really appreciated the orange juice in the fridge and also the wine they left us. Staff lovely, excellent place to stay.

The room was stunning and really embodied modern comfort and history, with accents built with materials from the knight's period. the bed was extremely co.fortable and the room was completly soundproof!. it is centrally located and i felt safe walking around at night, alone. the owners were very helpful and kind, very generous with tips for visiting the old town! they made me feel at home! i had an amazing time!!! it was so much better than i could have imagined! thank you so much 💖

We did not but breakfast with the rrom. The hotel can't be more central. It is a great location.

This was an extraordinary location! In the middle of a medieval town! The hotel has done a marvelous job of preserving the old while providing modern amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again! A word of caution, don't plan on driving in the Old Town. The lanes are very narrow and there is no place to turn around. Park outside the gate and walk in. The hotel staff told us the closest spot and it was about a 5 minute walk! This was a great stay and experience! A big thank you to the hotel and staff!

There was no breakfast in situ; however, there were plenty of possibilities in the surrounding streets. The location of the establishment was good.
Though advertised as a luxury suite, suite 1 is no more than a standard room plus bathroom. This would not be a problem if advertised as a standard room. It has no garden view - without standing on the bed - and is badly soundproofed (near reception desk and noise from above). In later exchanges the management informed us that this was an economy room and called into question our readiness to spend money. When considering a booking one needs to be aware of a rather tenuous relationship here with the principles of accurate advertising.

The owners of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They have beautifully refurbished a historical knights house and it is a delight.

We loved this place - great location and nice room. We also were able to store bags for a few days while travelling to Symi

Besides one lady at the reception it was hard to find anything to like about it
On the day of the check out my girlfriend got a food poisoning. She was feeling terribly bad and vomiting. We asked the hotel if we could do a later check out as she could barely stay on her legs or at least if she could have a place somewhere to lay down as our flight was at 6pm. The owner categorically refused, he became agressive and kicked us out, not letting us even leave our luggage. I have been Booking.com customer for years and have never seen anything like that. you don’t even treat dogs like this. it’s scandalous

great location , in the center , and at the same time quite place
despite that we took the suite , there was small windows with no view , and couldn’t open them , as to get fresh air

extremely quiet , beautiful medieval interiors with very high ceilings. Friendly, efficient and communicative staff.
No flushing toilet paper, which I know is prevalent. I suggest providing a bidet attachment to use less paper and be greener.
