Amazing place to stay.

The location was really nice and only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The bed was really comfortable it was nice and warm due to the heated mirrors shower was really good and the place was very clean. Neil kept in touch which was nice. Definitely be staying again.

Lovely flat, great location!

A lovely flat in a great location. Clean and tidy with great amenities. The sofa bed was comfy and the shower nice and hot. Free parking was a bonus. The owner Neil was very hepful and responded to any questions straight away.

Beautifully-fitted, comfortable property

Everything works. Fitted and maintained to a very high standard. Owner Neil was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Very well-equipped, beds very comfortable

It is a small property, perhaps more than I realised from photos. But it’s in a great central location and if you’re out a lot, the small size doesn’t matter

Girls York trip

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped

The lounge was quite bare of furniture and didn't look cosy at all, there was only 3 hangers on hooks for clothes so storage was a problem

Stylish, comfortable accommodation in a great location, with free parking

Location was perfect. Quiet, pretty back street next to the City walls and 5 to 15 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, and all the city sights. Free parking Host available quickly by message or phone for any queries.

Very pleasant I would recommend and book again

Very Beautiful building, very well decorated flat , very clean and tidy

It would have been good to have some extra blankets as the first night was a bit too cold. Also a brush to clean the toilet

clean, tidy, nice quality bedding! lovely towels too.

there are no cups that fit under the coffee maker, we had to hold a bowl and poor it into cups. would better if the tea bags and coffee/sugar were in lidded jars - plus u need all 4 bowls for 4 people!

Great location, shame about the apartment

The location and free parking with the Main reasons we picked this place. The host had brilliant communication and lettuce check in early.

The apartment has seen better days in my opinion! The heating is inadequate and we were really cold as one of the mirrors that heat the space isn't working and I see from other reviews it's been like this for a while There was very little natural light in the apartment and I didn't think that would be a problem, but actually it is quite unpleasant and I wouldn't have wanted to stay here more than a couple of days.

was a bit of a mind field to get in and looked nice but cold and coffee machine didn’t work shame. won’t stay again.

There was procesco on arrival and everything we needed in the apartment Apartnent was clean and walking distance to York Town centre Also great information provided for places to eat drink and things to do There was free parking

A better description of where the apartments where located might help if arriving when it's dark We found these were at the opposite end of the street and not greatly signposted

all in all the stay was very satisfactory being in a great location for the city centre.

the location fittings were of a high standard towels and bed linen were excellent

lack of natural light settee was a tad uncomfortable more instructions for appliances needed the lock box is rather old and stiff and could do with being replaced.

Cosy winter bolt hole within easy walking distance of city sights. Street parking permit was a bonus.

Excellent place to stay in an interesting building

Lovely small flat in a quiet residential area adjacent to the city walls only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Neil who looks after guests was very helpful. A bottle of prosecco on arrival was a great start to our stay.

Neil was very helpful when we 1st arrived. The apartment is very safe and secure.Also,the apartment was clean and tastefully decorated.

It's not that we didn't like anything.The apartment is compact and the photos make it look larger than it was.
