Super hotel with friendly staff. Great location close to Dwingelderveld National Park. Excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant.
If I had to find one small point, the cost of €17,50 for bringing our dog was more than we pay in other hotels, but he was made very welcome.
4.5
All was lovely: especially the staff, the swimmingpool and the bistro Vrouwe Swedera.
Not enough place to put your toiletthings in bathroom.
4.5
Lovely place, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Always a nice stay and the restaurant is very good!
Big rooms.
The adorable staff is doing a great job.
On the other side of the road is an extra parking lot for the hotel.
Other houses use to have tea and coffee in the rooms. This is no standard here.
Also, I didn't see a safe and a fridge/minibar.
A bottle of water needs to be extra ordered and costs almost 7 Euro.
But the rooms are big and very nice.

Location, having previously lived in the village, I go there to visit my children who are still nearby.
Also the pool.
Shower wasn't great, pressure was low.
Maybe some usb charging in rooms would be good.
4.5
Warm, cosy establishment, great facilities (pool) and food was delicious.
I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in my room.

Very nice location, friendly staff and very good breakfast. For bycicles a locked room is a available. Ruinen is a good basis for cycling tours.

The hotel had a bit more of a classic look and feel to it, which I really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was prepared to go for me, since I had to check out early due to an event I had to attend.
If I ever have to stay in the area, I would definitely check availability at De Stobbe.
Can't think of anything that could be done better or different.

The location was perfect for our hiking trip. The drinks and dinner were good, so was the breakfast.
The room was quite warm and it was not possible to open the room more widely.

Very nice place, amazing personnel, pet friendly entertainment!

Nice area to stay. Hotel is a little bit old but ok.
Dinner was ok, but the food was not that good and the prices where to high for the quality that they offer. Breakfast room should open 7 am. Nobody was there. we waited 15 Minutes but no one appears. several guests checked out without having the chance to eat breakfast. The bathroom was unfortunately not that clean like it should be.
4.5
The room was very comfortable and very clean. The ensuite bathroom was excellent.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
Our final night was a bit cool because the heating was not on.

We rented two rooms, both very clean, tidy. Breakfast and dinner both hich quality but small choise. Overall good standard. A micommunication whilst booking was solved very well by the management wich resulted in a upgrade from one to two rooms without any extra costs. The swimmingpool was clean and during daytime very private.
Downside, We stayed at the hotel with our two children. But only two persons per room allowed. I suggested to the management to add a extra sleeping couch to the room. The manager promised me to look into it.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Decor and rooms were dated, but typical for a small town.
3.0
The Hotel is near the centre of town, there is free parking and garage parking for motorcycle and bycicle. 🏍️👍. The pool is good and it's clean. There is a really good bar in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are a little dated and my toilet wouldn't stop flushing lol
