It’s the best bang for your buck, just bring slippers for inside.

Great value and large space. Perfect for traveling with a large family as it’s easy to find sleeping arrangements. Full kitchen is also helpful, so we didn’t have to go out for every meal. The location is pretty good too - pretty close to many of the local attractions. Linens were fresh and AC worked well.

The floor was really dirty. I’m not sure it’s been mopped before our stay. Our feet were filthy as soon as coming out of the shower. One of the shower holders was broken and when I notified the manager she said they were aware of the issue. So seems like it was broken for some time. There were ants in the kitchen.

The sofa bed was not suitable for sleeping. It was too hard and you felt like metal when you laid it down. Then we called a staff named Marie and she couldn't solve anything because they didn't have any more sofa bed and no mat or mattress for the sofa. In addition, he had a not very pleasant attitude when the problem was explained to him. I would really think about staying again.

The property manager exceeded beyond any expectations I had. Parking is easily accessible and the rooms have adequate light, space, and comfort. I most definitely WILL stay here again.

All in all great value for the buy great private outdoor area lots of room for your stay and good facilities just could

the outdoor area was awesome great space everything we would need (keyword) great value for the buy and the ac was great as in the space was well air conditioned

The dishes were dirty the water pressure of the shower felt like a sprinkler system towards the end of the stay we found 2 cock roaches the small couch in the living room was uncomfortable the last night someone knocked on our back door at like 11pm multiple people thought our apartment (#12) was the main office so there should be specification on there isn’t a main office we unfortunately didn’t take any pictures because we didn’t care enough to actually do something about it

I’m never going back it’s horrible.

The only thing I liked what the beds. The beds were super comfortable and well maintained.

The air conditioning didn’t work so it was super hot. Not what you would expect from the pictures. You can’t talk or put any music. Really annoying lady coming up to your door and banging on it if you make noise. There was kids playing outside being kids and the annoying lady came and yelled at them go be quiet. Wouldn’t recommend for a big family with kids. If you turn on too Many things on, the breaker would go out. And in some rooms there’s no breaker so you would have to knock and bother someone else so you can fix the electricity. If you where sitting outside the lady would come and tell you to pick up your things. But they had no trash can where you were sitting so you had to go All the way in the back just to throw away some trash. The rooms need a lot of maintenance. The floor when we got there was dirty and there was a lot of dust. The rooms were very dark and very hot. And we asked the annoying lady if she could fix the air conditioning and she didn’t want too. The fans were programmed at the lowest setting. The quality of the room was horrible. The room barley had any light. And everything was super dark. You had to leave the room you had to clean everything which supposedly is their job. And if you let anything out of order they charged you $50 if you didn’t clean. Horrible experience overall would never come again.

Tv, we have no channels, smart tv foreign to us, not happy, no one helped us re t v. Everything else comfortable.

Very very hot room, a c did not provide adequate cool air. Bathroom like a steam bath. Want 2 book 2 more weeks, anything avaible. Advise us please⁰954-2404540

The hotel seemed good. The location was. Parking was fine. We slept the first night and there were some discomforts that we couldn't define. We were newcomers and tired. But after the second night, skin lesions appeared all over my body and my wife's that I quickly identified, since I am a doctor, as being caused by bed bugs. A disinfection staff that came because of ants and cockroaches confirmed the presence of the pest. I immediately contacted the owner Reghina who, after expressing resistance to my claim, admitted to reimburse me for the two days of my stay, but charged me for cleaning, which frankly was terrible in that sense, and taxes and only through Booking.com. I had to go to another hotel, move, pay more money and buy medicines to neutralize the skin damage, which was very serious, and when I asked him to refund the full amount of my stay and cleaning plus the medicines, he flatly refused. The next day a specific bed bug disinfection company went to carry out the disinfection. And the technician confirmed the presence of vermin. If you do not want to suffer serious consequences on your skin, do not go to this hotel. Also, Reghina misbehaved by refusing to accommodate our request. If she wanted to sue them she could get a lot of money out of them. But it was not my intention. Just warn on this page, and especially Booking, to withdraw this hotel from the accommodation offer because it is dangerous to health.

When we asked for something from the staff they went out of their way to accommodate us.

This place is extremely run down. The small courtyard was overgrown and not maintained. Outdoor furniture had seats missing or falling out. Everything inside the apartment looked like something from Goodwill.

Quaint little motel just 3 blocks from Hollywood Blvd and restaurant row. Close to the beach. Safe area from what I have seen. Easy check in and the rooms very clean and stocked. Well lite and quiet.

This room was close to the Hard Rock Casino where our event was held. The room was a fantastic deal and clean and comfortable! It was a cute set up and I enjoyed the small hidden outdoor seating area.

It was a bit small but met our needs for the time we were there.

Nice, clean place let down by old decor and furniture.

good location. excellent communication pre-arrival. easy to self-check in. lovely patio/garden area. clean. good shower. lots of towels. friendly on-site staff. easy parking.

old decor and furniture. staff obviously do their best to clean/present the room but room too cluttered with statuettes, vases, fake plants etc. Sofa sagged, not enough storage, very dodgy-looking electrics, tiny table for two people in a family room, no space to cook and not enough implements.

Highly recommend! Great location, perfect apartment!

The apartment was fully stocked and the bunk beds were great for the kids. The location is awesome and the value was great. I plan to book again in a few weeks! The ease of check in and check out is also great. They have systems for everything and are very clear on what to do. The bbq area is awesome for long stays. Wonderful stay!

The apartment had a lot of decorations which were beautiful but maybe a few less could be more practical just from a space perspective. Not a complaint by any means just an observation...
