The front office staff were all so miserable. No smiles, no greeting. Especially Natasha & there was a horrible smell coming from the drain in our shower.

I stayed for a week and no one never cleaned the room

I love the central location and the amenities. The staff is always helpful and the property is kept in excellent condition. I always chose to stay at The Palms Place over any other location. Also my balcony was open this time and I was thrilled.

The room was beautiful! Had everything you’d need for a stay and more. Large room with a kitchenette, which was perfect if you didn’t want to always eat at local restaurants. Bed was comfy, had a pull out couch. Soaker tub and waterfall shower was amazing. Had a space you could put your own trash. Very happy and not to mention an amazing view!
N/A it was everything and more.

Hotel overall nice facility.
My issue is one of the suites I was assigned through Strip View Suites we reserved a total of 3. These suites are privately owned. Don't be fooled by the amenities offered that you think you have access to. For instance my suite offered a full kitchen and refrigerator, we figured we would take advantage of these amenities and prepare some meals during our stay. Upon arrival we proceed to place store bought items shrimp, steaks, salad, fruit etc. in the refrigerator/freezer only to discover it is not cold what so ever. Reached out to Strip View Suites for assistance and was told we did not have access to the refrigerator/freezer only the mini fridge that had been placed in the suite. To add salt to the wound, was told a work order had been placed some time ago to repair the unit. By this time I am livid and was told I could not be relocated. Needless to say we had to purchase a cooler in order to save the food items purchased. Some family members are convinced we were assigned this suite because we are African American and they knew we could not be relocated. This is not a reflection on any of the other suite owners.

The convenience of entertainment and food
Not enough seating around pool.

Everything was nice.
Leaving.

location was convenient and the room was spacious.
I wished the washing machine was a part of the facility amenity. Though having the drying machine working was very nice to dry the wet towels, it was way too loud when in use.

No hospitality whatsoever ever arrived to a filthy room that had to be cleaned and the jacuzzi didn’t work in the room total waste for the price spent highly disappointed

We liked the jacuzzi and the cute little kitchenette. The bathroom was gorgeous as well. View was BEAUTIFUL!
For over 1K a night, we didn't expect to find stained pillows and broken fixtures. We also had to pay extra for any additional toiletries we needed. My partner didn't find the bed comfortable - she prefers firm mattresses. Overall I think it would have been cheaper if we booked directly with the hotel than through a third party.

Amazing experience, views, condos
Blankets were not provided for the pull out sofa, and it was not comfortable. So I'd say more suited for 2 people rather than 4 per apartment

huge spacious and just like the pictures. fit a family of 7 (baby included) perfectly. my hubby my baby and myself in one room and our 4 sister in the other. views were AMAZING loved waking up to the strip view. totally worth it and we made a lot of noise and didn’t get any complaints. had great facilities too
-Balconies being closed
-the tv connection wasn’t working properly, apparently you have to call a # to get it connected every 24 hours

The room looked amazing! I loved the layout! The view was amazing 😍
I When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled though I received a confirmation email with instructions the day before check in. I was unaware that I had rented a time share instead of a hotel room. The tv in the living room and fire place were not working. The hotel maintenance could not get them to work so the time share maintenance came out the next day. They were able to get the tv fixed but not the fire place. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have men in our room for long period of time interrupting our girls trip for my 40th birthday. Yes they were super nice and they were there to help however it was still an inconvenience. Shouldnt the rooms be fully checked and make sure everything is working when guests leave and or before checkin? We were only comped $50 for non access to the fire place and inconvenience. The room was quite chilly. We had the heat on 90 to get comfortable. We had to pay for extra toilet paper and when we asked for extra towels, initially we were accommodated as the room did not have enough towels for the group however when we requested fresh towels another day, we were told we had to wash them as housekeeping did not apply to the timeshare rooms. There was no hair dryer, no working fan ventilation vents in the bathrooms and there was mold on the ceiling above the bathroom door and shower. We found an empty condom wrapper on the floor when we opened the sofa bed and a Lego man on the side of the bed. I had higher expectations for swanky safistication of the place. It would have been nice to know the room was a timeshare so I wouldn't have been thrown off by some things. The views were amazing but we couldn't get the full experience with the balconies locked 😔

Very convenient location. I stay here many time, this room wasn’t sane as the other rooms.
On the ad it said strip view, it was Mountain View, couldn’t even change room since it was apparently reserved directly from owner via booking. Very dirty room, cable tv wasn’t working most of the time. Bathtub was very dirty, hairs in the bathroom floor. Faucet was broken, chips in the ceiling, strange smell in the room.
