I LOVED my room. It was well appointed, clean, and had the best jacuzzi tub I've ever been in. Staff was kind, helpful, and personable. I slept like a baby angel on that bed. The casino has good restaurants and the pool is nice. I like how it isn't on the main drag which felt more manageable. My room had a cool view of the city and mountains.
Initially it was confusing figuring out where to park and where the front desk is. The staff were helpful in directing me though so I don't really consider this a fault.

loved the rooms. I had a suite and it was really nice even though the balcony wasn’t opened yet
the balcony not being accessible because that’s why I originally booked.

the rooms were wonderful. would have been nice to have dish-ware to accompany the kitchen.
the access and parking could improve. the staff were generally nice, but in no way helpful. We were in a traumatic elevator incident - elevator fell from around 28th floor to the 6th floor. When we notified staff, they seemed more concerned with covering up the incident than helping us to our room or getting us medical attention. This matter of public safety was handled inappropriately and can only lead to worse issues than prior to the reported issue. Under no circumstances would we eVer recommend this property!

location; comfortable bed; good shower
dishwasher under table and chairs and not easily accessible; no dishes or utensils to cook with; bathroom sink water went down very slow; jetted bathtub old and yellow; wooden floors cracked when you walked on them; balcony locked and inaccessible

Nothing--Room was dirty--Bed was slept in!!-Took over 12 hrs to get room service to attend to the room--Multiple contacts with the front desk & nothing was being done about my dirty room--No apologies from the hotel--Management not available--2nd day room not cleaned either--Couldn't provide clean towels--The hotel was a disaster

Room was spacious.

Toilet and sink were not draining properly. Had to call for service on the toilet when we arrived.

good.
there was drinks, opened and food in the fridge. I only stayed one night. I like to gamble . but the rooms went up in price . my first night was around a hundred.then she wanted three times that to stay another night. so now I’m gambling at trump for 125.
would like to be treated better by the desk , but they could accommodate me better. especially since I dropped 2500 in the casino. I should sign up for the card next time. Love the Palms though. I’m from ND

The view
I made a reservation a week prior for One-Bedroom Suite. The hotel Check-in is 4 pm. I arrived at 5:15 but there was no room ready. I checked in at 7 pm. In the room, there were two TVs, only one was working, the bed blanket was ripped on the corner so the filling was flying everywhere. In the living room, there was what they call a sofa bed but I had to use it as a sofa it couldn't be used as a bed. So my kids slept on the sofa. In the kitchen, there was only one dirty pan there wasn't any pot. There were 4 of us but only 3 folks. The kitchen sink was leaking (I called the front office they fixed it the next day). There were 3 air-conditioners, and one in the kitchen was out of order. The only thing I liked was the view because the room was on the 38th floor.

The shower/tub is excellent.. this is one of my favorite places to stay in Las Vegas.
I didn't like that I didn't have enough time to check out the spa, pool,or fitness area. But I will be back to check them out soon, hopefully!
