Hotel calme,en dehors du centre de la foule..

La chambre assez spacieuse, le calme,la propreté, la bonne odeur dans les couloirs. Très bonne literie. Le bar resto avec terrasse. La dame a l accueil, très gentille et professionnelle. Le quartier calme un peu en dehors du centre,de la foule ... mais quartier vivant. On peut descendre vers la Marina en 5mn et longer les bateaux, marcher sur la digue... Le bus sur la petite place prés de l hotel qui nous amène en 5mn dans le chouette quartier de santa catalina et à 10mn du centre...

Juste vous suggérer de mettre des portes manteaux, crochets dans la chambre. Aussi un étendoir pour pouvoir faire sécher les serviettes sur la petite terrasse. Peut être déposer une bouteille d eau pour notre arrivée.

Das Zimmer hätte ein paar Haken für Kleidung und Handtücher haben können und einen Spiegel, in dem man sich ganz sehen kann. Leider ist das Bistro nur bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet und man bekommt schon ab 17.30 nichts mehr zu essen.

Es war sehr gut, da man zu Fuß oder per Bus schnell in Palma ist.

Fenster war im Hinterhof, man hatte keinen guten Ausblick.

Komformtowy hotel z ładnym wnętrzem, dobra komunikcja, blisko promonady. Polacam!

Kameralny i wysokiej klasy hotel. Komfortowy apartament z pięknym widokiem. Otrzymałyśmy darmowe podniesienie standardu pokoju, za co bardzo dziękujemy.

Lovely hotel, large beds and great staff

Lovely spacious room, complementary champagne as it was my husbands birthday, large comfy bed, clean and lovely staff

The pool wasn’t working - possibly due to time of year. Breakfast is over priced at €15 pp

Las instalaciones y la limpieza estaban impecables

El ascensor es increíblemente lento. Nos hemos quedado encerrados dentro por un bajón de luz y nadie del personal nos ayudó a salir (aún tocando la alarma de emergencia del ascensor). No hay recepción, la persona que nos atendió era la encargada del bar (muy amable y agradable).

Moderner Traum!

Sehr gepflegt und modern. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher getauscht und am letzten Tag sogar die Kleidung zusammen gelegt - ein Traum!! Koffer packen leicht gemacht :D Ich würde jedem dieses Hotel empfehlen. Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse mit Pool, jetzt im Winter ist der Pool leer aber den Sternenhimmel kann man abends dort trotzdem beobachten. Wenn man ein Auto hat muss man einen Parkplatz etwas suchen wenn man nicht in der Tiefgarage parken möchte. Palma Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Auto erreichbar, wird sind immer 20min gelaufen trotz Auto. Es führt direkt eine Treppe runter zum Hafen. Nachts ist es etwas lauter auf den Straßen aber nicht zu laut.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel

Sehr nette Gastgeber-super hilfsbereit beim Mieten von Fahrrädern. Sehr sauber und alles modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und top Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist schon etwas „ab vom Schuss“ und nicht so ansprechend. Vor der Haustür fährt allerdings direkt ein Bus. Nur zu Fuß ist alles ziemlich weit weg.

Super Lage, schönes Hotel

Die Lage und die Busanbindung zu dem Hotel waren wirklich super! Das Hotel liegt genau zwischen der Stadt Palma und dem schönen Strand in Cala Major. Wenn man also einen Städtetrip mit etwas Strandurlaub kombinieren möchte, ist man bei diesem Hotel bestens aufgehoben! Es war sehr sauber und an Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt! Darüberhinaus war das Personal sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Empfehlenswert wäre es, geeignete Ohrstöpsel mitzubringen wenn man mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, da es am Abend und in der Nacht ziemlich laut werden kann auf Grund der viel befahrenen Straße.

Was impressed with the staff and the hotel. Gave us very generous welcoming drinks on arrival and extremely friendly. The room itself was much better than I expected for the price point, although we were here during the off-season

Bra läge och trevlig personal! Rummet var litet fast jag valde juniorsvit med altan, sängarna gled isär så man kunde inte ligga bevämt tillsammans. Ingen annan bodde på det vånningsplanet när jag var där men annars var det direkt insyn från allmänna poolområdet, inte så charmigt som man kan tro. Helt okej boende och goda saker i deras café som ligger i botteplan! Supergullig personal!

Sängar var hårda, kuddarna var stenhårda och dubbelsängen gled isär så det var svårt att sova bekvämt två personer om man ville ligga lite nära.

Excellent

Very helpful and friendly staff members. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. The hotel is very clean and cosy, it was very relaxing after a long day exploring the beautiful island. The breakfast was very tasty.

Beautiful interiors, but not as great as it seems!

The hotel had lovely stylish interiors and the location was walkable (about 40mins to centre) and had a bus stop right outside so could easily get public transport if desired. The staff member on the bar (didn’t catch the name) was also very nice and accommodating.

We were left with mixed opinions from our stay at Joe’s Gomila. The room we thought would have a small terrace or at least a view from a window was actually backed on to 3 other properties balconies, and was so close you could literally step between them (seen in images). This meant we had our blinds closed the whole stay for privacy (and it looked creepy), so effectively it was a room without a window. If we’d known this at booking we wouldn’t of booked to stay here. I think it should be stated that one of the rooms has a “very restricted view”, so the guest doesn’t turn up disappointed! Also I don’t want to come across harsh but we didn’t feel particularly welcomed by reception and neither were they that helpful with any of our requests. When we came to check-out they weren’t even there and I had to call the hotel main line to find out what to do with our key. This also meant we weren’t able to pass on our comments about the room, or that the AC and TV had stopped working in the room. I know the reception has set timings but you’d think there’d be someone at the desk during check-in and check-out times.

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and lovely location.

We loved the little deck patio and swimming pool.

The pillows were very hard. I would recommend having softer more comfy pillows and more hanging space for towels.

great rooms, clean, and friendly staff

lovely modern rooms, great location and staff. there’s a restaurant and bar at the bottom of the entrance to the hotel (owned by the hotel) which is really nice. Rooftop pool is small but good, looks into the next building which is a hostel but that didn’t matter to me as I only used it once. would probably be wary of the hostel being noisy over the weekend. I was there from Sunday to Wednesday and it was super quiet! make sure you lock your room when you leave / enter as they don’t lock on their own.

Superb staff, great place, interesting design and very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast.

Breakfast was a bit disorganized on Sunday and orange juice coming too late. Also, the location is a bit far from town but you are easily connected to the "bord de mer" via stairs. And the hydraulic lift takes a lot of time to arrive to destination.

Amazing Staff, Good Location but could be noisy

Overall it is a good hotel. First of all, staff is very very nice. They are very friendly and helpful. I think they make this hotel better. Also the hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are relatively big and well furnished. Neighbourhood is not very touristy, that means you can eat and drink relatively cheaper around the hotel. Yet it is still in a walking distance to the beaches and the city center. Considering the prices of Palma, the hotel is a good value.

Breakfast is a fix menu everyday. It is delicious and fulfilling however, for long stays better to know that your option will be limited. There is a hostel just in front of the hotel, that means it may be pretty loud especially on weekends. On Saturday night we couldn't sleep until 08.00am in the morning due to some people partying. Pool is very small, I wouldn't even consider it as a pool. For me was not a big issue, however beware of it.

Modern, sleek, comfortable, trendy.

A modern, elegant hotel, with a sleek design and lovely atmosphere. Very comfortable bed, very clean and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs (they changed our pillows with softer ones, and gave us a towel for the beach). Excellent and hefty breakfast, with good coffee and croissants, eggs and bacon and a bowl of cereals and fruits with yogurt, served at your table in a lovely cafeteria. We happened to be there when the hotel celebrated one year since they launched and they kindly invited us to the celebrations with cava, tapas, good music and chill vibes, yet they were very respectful of the guests who wanted to have their quiet time in the evening. This modern, chic boutique hotel hits most of the right tones. It made our stay in Palma even more pleasurable.

The sleek design also came with some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a place to hang your clothes at the entrance or the lack of space between the bed and the wardrobe, or the water spilling a bit from under the shower into the bathroom. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger, it could have included the sink - which was in the room - as well and it could have been better soundproofed. Also, at night, the light spilled from the bathroom into the room, and we did not find a way to only lit the bathroom, the lit came on also above the sink, which, as I said, was in the room. Yet we could easily get over these minor inconveniences and keep a very good overall impression of the place.

Great hotel

Amazing breakfast every day, which was so big I could not eat it all. All the staff that I met were super friendly and helpful, and I look forward to staying here again.

The air conditioning in my room did not work, which may have been teething troubles, and the room control panel took some time to figure out.

The rooms are quite lovely and clean but this is more of an apartment-hotel vs a full service hotel. Minimal staff and amenities, check-in closes early in the afternoon. It's located about 30min walk from the old town of Palma.

Can be noisy if the windows were open.
