Dobry hotel

Spędziliśmy tam dwie noce i był bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Toronto . Hotel czysty , pokój ładny, mega wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażony. Bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadania podstawowe ale myślę, se każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie . Polecam !!!

Very suitable for the reason I was there (meeting family from different parts of west Ontario).

1 welcome great 2 room very clean 3 bathroom also very clean 4 I asked for a quiet room and it was quiet 5 staff ready to help in any way they could 6 breakfast more than adequate 7 enjoyed availability of all day coffee and hot water

Nice, comfortable hotel in central location.

Sports simulator and pool were great. Also, the bartender and employees in the lobby were very accommodating with our group.

Not enough towels in the pool for large groups.

Front desk staff amazing, enjoyed the waterfront lights & many restaurants & sites. Great location

We loved the breakfast only used it one morning. The beds were really comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely friendly & helpful, there was this young woman working the desk in the evening & heard us talking on our way out about which way to the highway & with a big smile she said I got this & directed us to the highway. The three front staff I met made our stay great even though we didn’t have housekeeping at all on our stay.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t told there would be no housekeeping staff that weekend I booked a month in advance. The minute I got in my room you could see the thick amount of dust around the baseboards throughout the room & bathroom door, the carpet still had food on the floor by the sides & end of beds & there where stains on the comforter. Since they had no cleaning services until after Jan 1 2024 & it was my birthday weekend & had plains & reservation for dinner we had no time for changing rooms, so we just made sure the sheets were clean. One of your toiletries in the shower was just hanging off the wall, so getting a shower it would fall of the wall into the tub. My room had all girls staying & we had one toilet paper roll, we called housekeeping for another roll or two & she hesitated & we said we are all girls & one has a bladder health issue & don’t want to bother staff late or anytime since they have no staff for cleaning. Not friendly did she say you will have to wait a while, we replied thank you no problem. The one time we used the pool you had no towels there until just before the pool closed the young man came in with a few towels. Not sure if you have people check the pool area when they know it’s beeping used but since it is a small pool & some guest don’t look at rules or show respect for others using the pool maybe you should. I had my granddaughter in the pool & a couple other people in the pool we all gave space to enjoy, they left & this man & two older kids came in and took over the pool we went to the stairs area mostly to the wall & had to leave because they were doing laps & kicking so hard water was in our eyes from it. The behaviour of other guest is not your fault, just a suggestion check in to make sure rules & respect for other guest. Again I was not about to ruin my weekend complaining & being upset with my young granddaughter.

Calme et confort dans une ambiance propre et moderne

Le confort et le calme absolu, l’amabilité du personnel. J’avais émis une demande particulière et elle a été respectée, j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Je n’avais pas vu qu’il fallait demander pour refaire les lits. Le séjour était de 3 nuits et il n’était effectivement pas utile de changer les draps mais j’aurais aimé que le lit soit refait. Ça n’enlève rien à la qualité de cet hôtel.

Great inn - modern and clean - worst experience on check-in: bad receptionist (only one)

The Inn is updated and modern, rooms are spacious and clean.

Upon our arrival one of the three rooms reserved was not showing on the reservation as was not made through booking.com and receptionist was rude, for two ours I went back and forth with booking agent and every time I closed the call the receptionist was again contradicting me. From - hotel system booking codes- one booking code with two rooms on it and a second booking code for the third room he changed the story after my call that we have only one room per booking code and we need to pay at on spot rate the third room….At one point the employee from the bar came to my husband and pet him on shoulder and without further ado he asked him point blank “are you Ukrainians right?!” WAW!!! No we are not but who gives you the right to pose such a discriminatory question? Overall at the end they did had the third room on my husbands last name - which they haven’t asked or checked in the beginning; and on one hotel generated booking code were from booking.con both rooms one on my name and one on my husbands. However that was the worst customer service offered by the tall east-Asian men at reception - who kept smiling at us until my husband told him when a customer has problems and is sad he shouldn’t smile with such superiority. Please know that on the second day we have met two young receptionists (male and female) and they were adorable! Nice and polite when I asked of late check out options, friendly and knowledgeable! From them the first night receptionist should definitely take lessons on customer service!

Concerned and frustrated.

My 5 year old Found prescription controlled substance on the floor of our room and I have a 1 year old. This could have seriously harmed my children to the point of possible death. I turned in the pill to the from desk and was told that the general manager would contact me. Still haven’t heard anything and it’s been 5 days. Charged full price and not even a mention about it at check out! Very frustrating! I know things can get missed when cleaning, but something like this should not happen!
