A must place to visit!!!

The New Year’s party was incredible.The food was delicious, best service ever. the fireworks were awesome and the music was so much fun!! What a place!!! Beautiful beach!! a true paradise!!!

Hotel bonito en una playa hermosa de la Guajira pero el costó no justifica el lugar.

La playa es hermosa, no muy concurrida, un sitio distinto y hermoso en la Guajira para relajarse y descansar. El hotel es pequeño (solo 8 habitaciones), son un diseño hermoso y el mejor del sector. Tiene piscina, restaurante, acceso a la playa.

Entendible que el valor de la alimentación sea alto teniendo en cuenta la logística del lugar pero muy muy demorado el servicio. En promedio todas las veces eran 50 minutos para que sirvieran el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena aún cuando no había más personas esperando. Falta capacitación al personal, nos cambiamos de habitación el segundo día, el cambio lo hizo el personal pero dejaron mi cargador del celular (iPhone original), y no lo regresaron hasta que lo pregunté en la noche dándome cuenta que lo estaban usando en el restaurante. En general el hotel es bonito pero no cómo para ser luxury ni tener el costó que tiene. Tampoco me gustó que nos ofrecieron transporte del aeropuerto al hotel pero a un costó demasiado alto para lo que realmente vale con una empresa legal y vehículo de tranposte especial blanco.

L’endroit est juste spectaculaire, la décoration exceptionnelle, les chambres sont spacieuse, des balcons très agréables et la literie de qualité, le personnel très professionnel et à l’écoute, la cuisine et la cheffe sont le top du top pour moi c’est la où j’ai le mieux mangé en Colombie !

Best hotel in La Guajira

The hotel is simply amazing, everyone from the staff is really nice and the sound of the waves during the night is really relaxing. The rooms facing the ocean have a beautiful view and the beach in front of the hotel is really quiet. The bathroom is incredible and they have hot water. Best hotel in La Guajira.

Superb

Beautiful hotel, really nice design and facilities are literally the best I've ever seen. Perfect for a couple getaway. You are right on top of a gorgeous beach, which is literally deserted and has the nicest white fine sand and warm shallow water. Not crystal clear due to being a bit wavey which displaces the sand from the ground but we were guaranteed no sharks due to how shallow it is.

The hotel is quite remote, in a region called Guajira, which is still unfortunately a region to be careful traveling in, as we were told by several Colombians and tourists alike during our Colombia holiday elsewhere, and as the news attests.

Absolutely incredible

So beautiful! This hotel is so luxurious, the staff were so attentive and kind, the furniture was super comfortable and the wooden architecture was so beautiful. The rooms overlooking the beach were just gorgeous. I could peek over and see the beach from the shower, it was just magical! Listening to the waves from the shower and bed was so relaxing. The food was delicious! Outdoor bar and restaurant was gorgeous, and sipping a cocktail in the pool overlooking the ocean was just heaven. Such good value for money!

I wish I had more time here - nothing bad to say about it!

Superb

Amazing view over the Caribbean Sea, rooms are very nice, bathroom is amazing and it features hot water, a real luxury in La Guajira. The sound of the waves is really relaxing. The restaurant is nice but some things in the menu were not available, the hotel is fairly new so I'm sure it will improve.

We stayed for 2 nights and they dind't clean the room after the first night.

Best Accommodations of Our Entire 2 Month Trip to Colombia!

We absolutely loved the hotel and all of the staff! The place is clean and gorgeous, and everyone that worked there was incredibly sweet and helpful for anything we needed to make our stay comfortable and really special for my partner's birthday. They truly went above and beyond and even tracked down a pair of binoculars to purchase and wrap as a birthday gift for her that they delivered along with heart-shaped pancakes for breakfast! We definitely recommend staying here for a lux experience by the sea, and would love to return someday soon :)

Beautiful hotel but..

The hotel, the swimming pool and location are beautiful, Carlos and Paul and the staff very friendly.

The hotel is totally overprized, certainly in high season. 120-150 euros would be the right price for what you get. Although the staff is very friendly the service is not professional and terribly slow. The food is average and on new years eve it was not good. At night it can be really noisy.

Overpriced and more rugged than anticipated.

The staff did their best to manage a difficult situation

Firstly, don’t expect luxury. This is not the hotel for it. Electricity and water was intermittent in our room. When we arrived, our room was under construction so we waited a few. hours (we were notified via message prior to arriving, but didn’t realise our room wasn’t going to ready). The owner is a good person and so are his kind staff, but the hotel is twice as expensive as it should be. It would have been a wonderful experience if we had prepared ourselves to go rugged, but this listing doesn’t give that impression.

Wow! What an incredible place! A stunning location. A beautiful design uding kocal materials that is totally sympathetic to its surroundings. The staff were wonderful willing to do anything to make ny stay the best possible. They reallymade us feel and home. The outdoor showers and private plunge pool were incredible. Without a shadow of a doubt the best food I have tasted in years of being in Colombia. Exquisite sauces and attention to detail. The hotel made a very special ocassion for us unforgettable. Top location, wonderful design and lovely staff

Everything about my stay at RCH was just wonderful. The management arranged my transport, welcomed me with the biggest smile and a drink. The design of the hotel is exceptionally beautiful and stylish. It has amazing views. The surroundings are calm and ideal to connect with nature. The breeze of the ocean cools down the rooms at night. The hotels location right on the beach, with a beautiful infinity pool, is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The full team spoiled me with delicious food and drinks and most importantly big smiles and kindness. I can not recommend this wonderful place enough, one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return.

The dream!

Everything is perfect to relax and enjoy this beautiful place! The room is big and confortable, you can enjoy the sound of the ocean and the shower in the sun! i recommande the suite number 2 which have a private pool and terrasse: really exceptionnel ! the common area with the pool, bar and restaurant is super nice for chilling and the view is spectacular! The food is great! very varied and fresh dishes. The staff is nice and helpful. Sadly my Spanish is bad so it was not so easy to communicate but Carlos speak English and he will help you with anything you need. We had the best time there!

Need a good mosquito repellent ! but really nothing to complain about the hotel.

Somewhat overpriced as they market themselves as a luxury hotel. I would say it is bohemian style hotel. I wish them the best as the manager Laura and her staff with one of the owner(s) are doing their best in running this gem of a place.

Paradise

this place is an absolute paradise, the staff is so lovely, the food is just exceptional .. it's perfect to disconnect from the city, take a break and take time for yourself. He has just opened so, there are still some details to develop but I highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back when I return to Colombia

Beautiful hotel, great location, very nice staff. Needs improvement in some details

The staff is lovely, Alejandro one of the nicest hotel staff members i've met, super available, and genuinly helpfull, always smiling. A great guy! The hotel is new, so we stayed there alone, which was great. It has a great location by the beach, and an amazing pool... its very beautifully decorated and the amenities are lovely. They even upgraded us to a better room because the toilet in ours was not working well. Breakfast was very good.

I found that for Colombia standards the prices were way to high for the kind of hotel it is, and for a suposed "luxury" hotel, it lacks in important details ... The room with "mountain view" is actually a room with an ugly view of the street, and our experience would have been not good have we stayed in that room. Luckily they upgraded us. It was awfully windy - which is obviusly nobody's fault - but the isolation is very bad, so the wind would just fly everything inside our room, and the doors of the room were loose, banging, which made it noisy at nigh. Also we asked for our clothes to be washed, it would have been nice for it to come in a basket, nicely folded, instead, we payed 70.000COP for it to be delivered in a plastic bag a bit messed up. Not "luxury" material. And the restaurant could improve their dishes. However if these details are improved I believe this could be an excelent Hotel for a romantic stay by the beach.

Personalized service, exceptional living amenities, and a beautiful location.

Because it is a smaller Villa style Hotel and Pool, it’s a lot like a more private resort for people who don’t like to be on busy resorts. The service is personalized, and the locals in the area are accommodating to those who come to visit.

I don’t have anything bad to say about the resort, I did suggest that as they consider expanding they look at providing an “entertainment space” for the guests. in terms of a place to get out of the sun and watch the game (if a group was to go together) and or just a lounge space with some amenities to entrain the guest if they don’t want to go to the small villages near by.
