I do not recommend it.

Perfect location

In advance of my stay, I could never get anyone to call me back. I spoke to two people who worked there, both committed to calling me back. Neither did.

If it’s not about the location, I would choose something else for that price

Location is right in the downtown. Parking is convenient and free. Fully equipped apartment. They will provide you a detailed info how to get the facility. However, a rating of 9.1 is a bit higher of what you will get and for what you paid for.

Very noisy, from outside, and you can hear your neighbors walking. The couch was having few big dirty spots,TV in the bedroom room wasn’t working properly. There is no on suite bathroom, so a long walk if you have to go at night. When the central air compressor starts working, man, you will need an earplugs if you want to stay in the living room. Only one abandoned chair on the balcony, with no option to put second or get a table there.

Nice apartment with tasteful interior and fully equipped kitchen, great location next to harbor, laundry room, loved the code key locking system not being concerned about door keys for a family of five

Missed a hairdryer and iron, if booked for 5 people a fifth chair should be there automatically

Relaxing in luxury!

This is a gorgeous home and we absolutely loved it! It’s spotless and in excellent condition. The beds are so comfortable! I loved everything about it. The location was perfect and I loved being able to walk to the restaurants

Absolutely loved the layout so spacious and easy to navigate in town. The water views and boats was a plus on the balcony. The roof top deck was brilliant! The elevators made in and out with luggage a snap too.

Sadly, the pullout couches weren’t comfortable at all. And the price point was high for us all not to be equally comfortable. The street noise was disturbing and prevented us from falling asleep but fortunately I found a fan which did some good but partying outdoors can’t be controlled I realize. It felt like it went late into evening too. The ice maker didn’t work. The coffee maker needs descaling perhaps because the coffee tasted bitter. We managed to find decent cafe for coffee though. Common area key fobs were only enough for 2, I feel 3 would’ve been better given the size of our group staying there. We managed ok.

It was overpriced and not comfortable.

Clean. New apartment.

Couldn't park at arrival on dedicated parking spot. Somone else parked there. It's hard to find entries. The view out the windows was to the parking lot. No darkening blinds, very bright lighting outside, no sleep. The sofa bed us not suitable for 2 adults. Thin metal frame and very uncomfortable. No sleep. Overpriced.

Everything was spectacular and exceeded expectations. Gorgeous decor and such attention to details for luxury experience. Perfect for families with kids with views of the Mayflower and ocean. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT in every way!

short and exhausting no sleep! was hoping the reviews on the noise were relevant for summer but we were disappointed tha

new and very clean comfortable bedding good coffee.

the noise above kept us up all night and ended up tired with headache in morning. more insulation in ceiling may help!

this unit has a great view of the ocean from two different angles. You can walk everywhere in Plymouth waterfront and the center.

unit lighting - to bright - needs dimmer switches. I've stayed here in three different units and they all need dimmer switches. Aside from that everything is fantastic...

it was ok but ultimately did not suit our family who was travelling

it was clean and tidy. the host was accessible and quick to respond to our issue.

the sofa beds in the first room were damaged and required a change of rooms.

Fantastic property!

Had a great weekend with my family. The penthouse was amazing. Everything was spotless. The location is fantastic. Eric was kind enough to bring us some key fobs for roof deck access. We will definitely book again.

Bring ice, the fridge is excellent and there is a wine cooler built in to the island. However, there is no ice so grab a bag on your way.

THE BEST PLACE EVER!!!

I could never say enough good things about this place. It is clean, it is in the absolute best location, the owner Zack is the nicest guy. Always available, so accommodating to any needs you have, and an all around good person. I could truly not have picked a better place to stay, I will be back to Plymouth and this will be the only place I stay!! Truly, nothing better!!

There was not one thing I didn’t like about this place!

Superb

Really nicely furnished with a nice feel to it and great location. well stocked, bed was comfortable. Parking was great too. Would 100% stay here again.

Nothing, it’s completely remote check in and so you won’t see any staff. But that was fine with us.

The place I wish I could live.

It was absolutely beautiful with a location that was convenient with a great view. The owner was not only helpful but thoughtful.

It is a little noisy, but that probably would change depending on the other visitors.
