About this house rental
Fabian, the host, is an architect from Berlin, and when you see the house, that makes a lot of sense. Palm Breeze has been designed in a wonderfully coherent manner, and clearly, with its eco-credentials in mind – there are solar panels on the roof, and the water is heated with geothermal energy. The immediate surrounding part of Venice is very walkable, and the beach is about a twenty-minute walk away (or five minutes in the car).
Home truths:
*The only parking available is on the street outside
*It's all very open and there isn't much privacy between bedroom and living room
