Good place to stay but entrance can occasionally flood.
Spacious, very well equipped, comfortable, central location, parking. View of the creek from side windows. Waterfront location.
Part of our stay was during high spring tides. For about an hour either side of high water the entrance porch was flooded (unable to access unless wearing wellies) and the parking garage also flooded to a few inches. I saw flood doors on nearby properties, so moved our car to higher ground. I think the property should have included a warning about this. Access is not a problem unless you need to leave / arrive at a fixed time. The apartment itself is above the garage, so is not at risk of flooding. Would still stay there again, as otherwise the property was very good. Only addition to suggest is a manual press to extract juice from oranges.

Lovely apartment tucked away in centre of Salcombe
Great to be able to have parking included with the apartment. Nice secluded location, but close to amenities. Huge kingsize bedroom and managed to fit two travel cots in the second bedroom too. Great space upstairs in the kitchen/lounge with everything you'll need. Even had Sky tv which was great for us as we stayed in during the evenings with our little ones asleep downstairs. Just a few minutes walk from Island Street Deli which do a fab breakfast, and the Salcombe Dairy Ice Cream Parlour. Will definitely go back!
A heads up - the parking space has a canoe hanging above it and it was tricky to get our car with roof box underneath. The floors were really grubby and our kids quickly got dirty feet from walking on them with socks/bare feet - this was ironic given the cleaning lady arrived early whilst we were checking out and huffed waiting to get in! The directions weren't helpful, Google Maps struggled to find the apartment and it took a while to track it down. Only minor things and we had a great stay overall!
