Colazione; al minimo della decenza. Cambiato 2 volte la stanza per lo stesso problema di perdita acqua ( nella seconda stanza aria condizionata ridicola). TV mediocre con immagine sgranata. Ultima considerazione: nei 2 cambi stanza avevo i miei occhiali da sole che non ho più trovato; ho provato a chiederli ma nei 2 giorni successivi nessuna notizia.

Básico para pasar del paso

La habitación es muy básica y bastante mejorable, pero es amplia para una familia con niños pequeñitos y tiene una pequeña coconuts por si necesitas hacerles algo. El servicio de desayuno no es nada del otro mundo pero está bien

Está muy cerca del malecón pero la zona muy sucia y no demasiado agradable para pasear.. la habitación no tiene ventanales. No funcionaba ni la tele. Con alguna reformita y pintura en las paredes podría mejorar

Tenía buen parqueo, buena ubicación.

No había nadie en recepción al llegar (6 pm), y tuvimos que buscar personal. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia. El refrigerador tenía bebidas de los huéspedes anteriores y abiertas. Casi todos los muebles estaban dañados. El inodoro tenía una pieza dañada. El restaurante (para el desayuno) no tenía prácticamente nada del menú, pedimos varias cosas, y no tenían.

Disposición y pasión.

Ubicación

El ascensor le falta mantenimiento, demasiado lento teclas dañadas, personal poco amable con el turista, la mucama golpeó en varias oportunidades la puerta en la mañana para hacer aseo.esto solo se ve aquí. Le falta brindar información a los turistas al llegar a la ciudad. El TV la imagen era terrible se informo a la recepción pero no lo arreglaron, no les importo.

Great hotel but scrap the horrible restaurant!!

We stayed in room 200 and it was very hot because the AC faces to the door so the room doesn't get cold. This however was resolved when we got a fan ASAP which made it more comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, fresh and very homely. I was really impressed by the quality and presentation of the room. The staff were so nice especially the two gentleman at the front, one has excellent English and translated for us. Another lady with braid hair was also so sweet. The cleaners and other staff at the hotel were friendly and I would recommend the hotel for this reason. The location was very good as we were next to the Colonial area, sea and everything was in reach! Beautiful hotel!

I would not pick the breakfast option nor would I recommend getting food there. The options are just for show and the food is tasteless. Save yourself the money and buy food on the road because the restaurant is a joke. Service is also slow and the waiter was full of attitude and seemed to get upset when I questioned why for two days straight several items were not in stock or when i explained my allergies and why I didnt eat eggs! The hotel can do well without that ridiculous, unappealing restaurant and while the hotel was nice cheaper options were also nearby.

Un hotel solo para llegar en la noche antes de irte al aeropuerto.

Buena ubicación con buen wifi, la habitación de la segunda noche (208) estaba perfecta a pesar de no tener bonita vista, con un aire acondicionado que funcionaba perfecto.

La primera noche nos dieron la habitación 204, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y pasamos la noche con calor, apenas en la mañana pudimos cambiar de habitación. El agua se va constantemente, parece intencional que la quitan en el día.

Stay was short but not very comfortable with the smell. Had to do laundry as the clothes smelled

Had a restaurant and food was good. Elevator available. Fridge and coffee maker in room.

The room had a sewer type smell coming from AC unit. Front desk was informed and they sprayed room but smell came back. My stay was for two nights and the smell was not comforting. Front desk did provide air freshener but was only a temporary fix.

Excelente hotel, he ido varias veces.

Tenía un poco de humedad la habitación (nos hemos hospedado, varias veces, son cosas que pasan) vistenlo!

La Luz se fue a nivel general y todo se apagó, el sistema de emergencia no entró a tiempo. P. S, Antes me Cobraban el día que llegásemos, ahora quieren cobrar por adelantado!!! Uffffff

Ruidoso no pude descansar

Me ubicaron en una habitación en el tercer piso. Cuando entré estaba llena de mosquitos. Solicité cambio y me dieron una habitación del segundo piso. Lamentablemente, en ese piso los demás huéspedes estaban oyendo música y TV con el volúmen alto, hablando y riéndose a carcajadas hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Todo se oía porque las habitaciónes tenían ventanas pequeñas que daban al pasillo. El joven de la recepción me dijo que iba a solicitar que hagan silencio, pero parece que no le hicieron caso. Pasé pésima noche. No es un hotel silencioso, se oye también el ruido externo.

A decent place for budget traveling.

The location is great. Staff is pleasant. Beds are comfy.

Wifi is not good on the 4th floor. Sometimes it works but the majority of the time it didn’t. This was the worse part of my stay and a reason why I would not stay here again. The breakfast was average.

Very suitable for a short stay on low budget with car.

Very close to the attraction of the colonial quarter. Parking lot! Sufficient breakfast. The very very friendly staff. Especially the lady at the reception in the morning and the lady in the breakfast room. :))

The location of the hotel is good

The elevator did not work and I was on the third floor. I reserved a double room but when I arrived I was told they had no more doubles. I was told booking.com made an error, which I'm inclined to disbelieve
