Zdecydowanie warto !!

Rodzinna atmosfera, pyszne jedzenie które można dostać za dodatkową opłatą. Bardzo czysto. Pyszne , obfite śniadanie. Gospodarz samodzielnie produkuje wino - sami go nie próbowaliśmy ale podczas kolacji innych gości opowiadał o nim z dużym zaangażowaniem. Możliwość zaparkowania auta przed domem.

Beautiful place - friendly owners. Top recommended!

Areni is a beautiful place and this B&B offers perfect views over the wineyards. Also, fantastic breakfast, friendly owners (they spontaneaously prepared us a fresh watermelon in the evening!), nice terrasse to lounge in the evening, great restaurants in the vicinity, etc. Overall: Gorgeous!

The internet was ok, but not super strong in the new annex, where we stayed. Also, the room got very hot during the day and there was no fan or AC.

Уютное место, самая лучшая постель за последние несколько лет. Прекрасный ужин и завтрак в стильной гостинной. Хозяева делают вино, мы пробовали гранатовое - просто супер! Гостеприимные хозяйка и ее сын, с которыми у нас была приятная беседа, после чего я почувствовал спокойствие, ушло напряжение от произошедших трудностей и дороги. Благодарю за прекрасный прием

The perfect stay in Areni

The hosts were extremely nice, they made us feel welcome from the first moment. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The house is beautiful it has an amazing view on their garden and wineyard. We had an amazing dinner for a reasonable price, with home cooked food that was delicious. We also tasted their own wine, pomegranate wine and cognac which tasted incredible. The breakfast was delicious as well. All in all it was a perfect stay and we are thankful for everything. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic accomodation in a beautiful region. New and nicely furnished rooms and a lovely family hosting. Nice breakfast with great view from the living room. We can only recommend and would definitely return.

Superb

The structure is brand new, the interiors have nothing to envy with respect to a 3-4 stars hotel. The family of the owner will greet you, with smiling children and a true sense of hospitality. Highly recommended.

Maybe the only thing that they could improve, with respect to western tourism, is that they need at least a person being able to speak fluent English, but it wasn't really an issue :)

Everything was okay, simply a good guesthouse but what I appreciated most was the airconditioning in my room because it was exceptionally hot in Areni.

We had by far the most comfortable stay during the entire trip around Armenia. Very clean, everything is new, and all the facilities are available. Breakfast is included! And the dinner, which we took extra on one of the days was also good.

Amazing!

great host, the house is well equipped and a nice view on the vineyards and church. the breakfast and dinner were very good, very tasty! Their wine is very good to! The host was able to drive for full day excursion to Tatev and lake Sevan / Dilidjian (for money) which was super practical also! strongly recommend

The room is ok for the price. And has mountains and wineyards closeby.

The room is too small, with just enough space to walk around the bed which made it very uncomfortable to juggle through our luggage. The bathroom was clean, but the soaps in the bathroom were big bars, which were already used. Luckily, we had bought our own toiletries. We were not asked at what time we would like our breakfast, which was done at every other hotels we stayed. We got ready at 9a.m, and went down and they said breakfast is not ready, it will take another 10min. After 15min, when we checked they said they have other guests using the dining table and asked us to wait until they finish. We waited good half an hour, asked them and they said the guests are not yet finished. We wasted a good amount of time, we were getting late, so we left without the breakfast. As hosts, they should have planned in advance according to the guests they have and also should understand that as tourists, we are time bound and might have a schedule to start the day and finish seeing the place around. I hope they will take care of such things in the future.

Excellent place!

Excellent guest house. A very new, clean and pleasant house. Very comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. We requested dinner a little late (because in Spain we dine later) and we had no problems. Excellent food and also breakfast. The owners were very attentive and friendly. They responded quickly to each message. They didn't speak English, but with the Google translator we managed. They have a vineyard in the back and good wine

We were three friends. One slept on the first floor and told me that the water pression in the shower was not good. Downstairs bathroom was excellent.

Amazing place to stay! A local guesthouse with a few clean and comfortable rooms, run by a lady. She cooks really delicious breakfast and even dinner. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at this place and I wish we stayed more than one night. The room looks like in the pictures and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was extra clean, the bathroom was really sparkling. The view from the window is just stunninf. The highlight was the breakfast - amazing eggs, home made jam and a selection of other tasty dishes - and if I come again, I will make sure to try the lunch or dinner. The host was very nice and we had a warm welcome from her. I hope we get to stay here again one day.

Siran Guest House visit was wonderful, we arrived in the evening, she offered to have dinner at her place, dinner was wonderful. The house is newly and well equipped. Everything is in order and maintained.

Slight issues with hot water in the shower. Difficult to set the right temperature, weak flow of hot water in the evening.

Friendly staff, nice guesthouse in a village

Very friendly owner, check in was easy, although there was some language barrier but google translate helps.. We ordered for vegetarian breakfast. It was great that the owner prepared packed food for us because we left early to Tatev. However we enjoyed our breakfast in the house on 2nd day .. Our room was facing the backyard with the view of their orchard (Yes, Areni is famous for wineyards). Recommended guest house if you want to explore the nearby Monastery as well as doing daytrip to Tatev like us.

The host was very nice and helpful. The room was quite big with space to put your bags. Nice bathroom with hot water. Big and tasty home meals, both breakfast (included) and dinner (for additional price). Nice home wine was included in dinner, too! You should order a dinner and choose time slot for it beforehand, though.
