The positives are the accommodation was spacious and the washing machine comes in handy when in 45 degree heat as you can give your favourite clothes a wash. The walk in to town is definitely about 20 minutes but you can walk all the way along the river front and it’s very pretty. We enjoyed Dalyan very much, but we would not return to the Paradise Club complex as there are so many better choices around the area.
Holiday Review on Accommodation.
My family have just returned back from the Paradise Club Villa Elmas, and although our holiday was incredibly enjoyable, we felt the Paradise Club Villa complex was overall very disappointing. I must firstly say the photographs they use to advertise the complex are probably 15 years old because they make it look very nice and this is partly what made us book in the first place. It doesn’t deserve to use the word “Paradise” in it’s name.
I feel it’s best to be honest so at least people looking get a true reflection of what the premises is like. The overall complex is suffering from neglect and that is obvious from when you first see it in the daytime. The large main pool is dotted with green algae and the side of the pool below the rock waterfall is very green and is need of a deep clean. The Baby pool is also very green, and I’d think twice about putting your child in that water. The pool is not lit up and night and this is because some of the glass lights in the pool are broken and they have also become covered with algae and have some sharp edges on them. Every single sun lounger was broken beyond use which was not acceptable. I must also note that behind what appears to be an old bar beside the pool they have hidden lots of junk and what appears to be chemicals for the pool.
The patio area around the plunge pool in the Villa Elmas suffered from pools of water stagnating in the sun and this has resulting in awful mould growing close to the pool side which was rather off putting.
The air conditioning units in the villa were extremely noisy and not providing very cool air. After a few days I checked the filters and was horrified to see they were thick with dust, and I don’t think they had been serviced for years. After leaning them all they difference was staggering, and each unit was so much quieter.
The complex didn’t provide anything in the way of Dish Clothes, Soap, Tea Towels or projects to wash up with.

The 2 bedrooms at opposite sides of apartment so good for privacy. Nice decor. Breakfast by the river with turtles, absolutely amazing
Wooden steps very steep, not good for young children or elderly. Sliding doors upstairs to bathroom very noisy and hard to close. No bedroom doors, open plan so not suitable for young children. Small pool a great extra but no sun at all until late afternoon and was too cold (but we were there October so understandable). Very cold at night, warm blankets need to be provided as very cold. Also a bit too remote, 10 minute walk to nearest market. 10-15 minute walk to main bars/restaurants. A big problem is that there is no lighting at night at all, they need a sign lit up to show where the property is as when taxi arrived we didn't know if we were in the right place or not. Total darkness, it was terrifying. Taxi driver had to call owner to see if we were in the right place or not. This was a major issue for me. Proper lighting needs to be installed immediately and a sign for where the reception is for people arriving at night time.
