The cabin was just absolutely stunning. From the views (the moon is so clear at night), the absolute silence, and the little thoughtful things in the cabin (hot chocolate, marshmallows and Prosecco)! It was such a beautiful place to stay and I was so lucky to stay here twice!! The best night sleep I’ve had in a really long time. Zoe was such a lovely host, and the whole experience was divine.

Impeccable attention to detail eg toiletries of good quality + well presented.
The supply of the little accessories that make life better eg good quality sharp kitchen knives.
Clean crisp towels + linen of excellent quality
A fantastically comfy bed.
Use of a fire 🔥 pit +/or bbq.
Really beautifully thought through.
WiFi not great but I fully expected that. It was stable at least just not high bandwidth. That's it frankly.

absolutely beautiful place, so comfy!

An absolute gem. We didn't have a lot of choice as we were guests at a huge wedding nearby and the majority of hotels were booked up - but it worked out hugely for the best.
It's set on an idyllic hillside, deep in the Devonshire countryside. Whilst small, every possible effort has gone into making it a perfect stay; from the high quality and well stocked kitchen, board games, blankets, firepit pre-filled with logs and kindling, bathroom with quality toiletries, a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge - genuinely wonderful.
We sat by a fire as the local horses watched on, roasting marshmallows (provided) and couldn't believe our luck. The highest possible recommendation.
Absolutely no complaints at all - just some minor things to be aware of!
1.) If, like us, you arrive on a 35 degree day, be prepared to make a fair bit of effort to cool it down. When the sun beats down, the hut heats up quickly. A high quality fan is provided and with a little common sense you can easily make it bearable.
2.) The path from the car park is fairly steep and laid with shingles. Absolutely fine for the vast majority of people but if you are hard of walking or unsteady on your feet it would be something to consider.
3.) If you are from the big city, you will probably fall in love and have to sell your house and move nearby.
