The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect to walk around Macon. The terrace on the 6th floor is awesome and special. The room on the 11th floor was big, comfortable and very clean!
Small detail that could make the room even better is the toilet noise after flushing it which is pretty loud. However, the building is historic so it is completely understandable.

They were understaffed, but the staff was nice. The shower had good water pressure.
The room was small with an ugly view. The thermostat wouldn't stay set, so the room was too warm. The shower leaked water out into the bathroom floor. Housekeeping tried to come into our room while we were still in bed at 8:15 AM. The food in Loom was mediocre, and the kitchen was slow.

Very nice hotel, love the restaurant downstairs, staff is super nice and helpful!
Only complaint, there was a LOT of hair in the shower that was not ours. Exactly why I always bring shower shoes because ew. The rest of the bathroom seemed pretty clean though.

Great renovation of an historic building. Rooms are nicely furnished. Bathroom is great! Rooftop bar was nice but not enough interior seating. It was too cold to be outside.
See above - more seating needed inside rooftop bar area

Very cool decor
A little high and was not a fan if $25 parking !!! If I pay $270 for the room parking should be free !!!

Abolutely love the hotel, decor, restaurants and the rooftop bar. Location Location Location! Walkable to all downtown Macon has to offer. I would not hesitate to book again.
Did not have any issues other than the elevator went out and I had to walk six flights of stairs. It was out of their control, but fixed in a timely manner.

Design is very unique and enjoyable
I have a few minor issues that have reached overall unpleasant impression:
My stuff was removed during daily cleaning, including shower cap. Created inconvenience
I did not get coffee and tea replenished during cleaning and called front desk which did not help, so I went to coffee shop and charged it to the room and asked front desk to credit the charge. Got verbal confirmation and… my card was charged 12 minutes later
I was charged $100 more than confirmed room rate, so now have to spend time for disputing charges
Navigation to front desk is a maze with no signs, not very convenient with luggage

The location was right in downtown. The personnel were very friendly. They clean the room everyday.
The cooler for some reason is very noisy. At first I thought it was the AC then I realized it was coming from the "fridge".

Location lovely room decor. Staff good
Hard to get HVAC to comply
Not enough towels in the room
No snack room
No vending machines

The entire staff is super friendly in the valet parking had to go the extra mile due to the elevator being out of service on the parking garage, and the stairwell was locked as well. They definitely got their steps in for the day and with all that in front of them, they were still super friendly. We went to a concert, and it was directly across the street, which means is the ideal place to stay.
The room is slightly smaller than I expected it to be

Location to breweries.
Could hear elevator.

Location. Hotel Building is interesting and unique. The hotel is within walking distance to all restaurants and shops.
Accessibility for luggage to the higher floors - if you're using the trolley, you have to transfer from service elevator to guests elevator to the 3rd floor. The trolley is vintage, which adds uniqueness, but it doesn't rolled easily. They didn't bring the regular coffee (only caffeineted in the room) that we requested from the front desk. Noise from the rooftop bar at night time. The bathroom was big which is nice, however, may need some hooks where you can hang clothes or robe, and other little things to make it more functional.

The beds and shower were amazing!! Valet was on point and got us our car to leave speedy quick!
The staff. After 3 attempts we finally got a room without people already in it and with the right amount of beds. The lady at the desk made it seem like it was our fault they kept putting us in the wrong rooms. Also the prices at their restaurant and food selections just isn’t for “regular” people. We went with the pizza place down the road.

nice location, very clean, nice decor, great shower
absolutely HATED the thermostat, could not get it set to right temperature. would set it and it would either go above or below the temp you would set it to. messed with it all night. the fan would not stay on so it kept me up all night because it kept going on and off all night. we had 3 people in the room but only 2 towels left in the bathroom. why ask how many people are staying if you’re not going to leave enough towels? also only one bottle of water?? I mean come on!!
