Disappointed, not relaxing, boring, won't be going again..

The pool and the spa...

Location, private beach was treacherous and NOT usable, accommodation was open to the elements and a constant smell of drains, no evening entertainment and no where safe to walk to.

Great place to stay, very quiet.

We loved the layout of the property had a couple of pools, a spa, and your own little beach. The music and poolside service was also a hit.

The location was the biggest thing for us

Im Großen und Ganzen wirklich eine sehr nette und tolle Anlage. Würden wir immer wieder besuchen. Nur Kleinigkeiten die

Erstklassige Anlage! Essen wird immer gut und Personal immer freundlich und gut organisiert. Alles sauber und alles hat bestens geklappt.

- sehr kleine Essensportionen und verhältnismäßig alles sehr teuer!!! - sehr harte Matratze (Geschmacksache, aber wirklich hart!) - Strandzugang ist wirklich nicht schön gepflegt - Matratzen am Pool teilweise ungepflegt (schnell nicht mehr sauber wegen Sonnencremes etc) - Wasser beim duschen sehr wechselnd: einmal wirklich extrem heiß, dann sofort eiskalt, man konnte nicht wirklich regulieren

Good for families.

Chill good-quality hotel. Breakfast is excellent and includes quite a lot à la cart menu quality is also very good. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was enjoyable, and stylish, just not on the big side. Facilities to shower after check out before flight a big plus. Staff was very good. Good value for money if discount available, rack rates a bit high.

Not a hotel if you’re interested in beach and ocean swimming - rocky and dangerously tidal. Choice of healthy smoothies could be greater. Good idea to have own method of transportation.

The view was exceptional. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. Best hotel I have ever stayed in.

The location was a bit far, but we had a driver which was easy and we rented a scooter as well so it was easy to get by. Did not cause an issue.

Great if you’re happy to stay and eat within the resort only

It feels very luxurious with the pools and restaurant view. The sheltered areas were great to get out of the sun and the BBQ night was good and the band that played were amazing.

At times the staff weren’t great and the location is out of the way being listed as Jimbaran bay but closer to belangan. There was no where to put put your bags so they were in the floor in the way.

Location

Size of room, uncomfortable bed, noise and constant music - lack of peace | quiet, beach unswimmable. Although in a beautiful location, the hotel itself was very disappointing.

Relax with the best views

Gorgeous views and pools overlooking the ocean. We loved staying here for a couple of days to unwind. The room/hut was very comfortable and clean. The food was ok, not amazing but very western and therefore catered to my son’s tastes (if you want fries, burgers, pizza you’re in luck). The spa is amazing and definitely a ‘must do’.

would happily still stay there again.

the rooms, pool and location was amazing.

google maps took us to the other biu biu hotel, so our driver had to ask for directions. better signage? the menu was ok but had limited choice. maybe keep pool menu as is but have a different menu at the restaurant. especially for those who don’t have transport (like us) so ate there lunch and dinner whilst staying there. example 4 options of pizza are very similar. mix it up a little?

Nice place if you want to stay in and enjoy the hotel.

The view, facilities like the pools, restaurant, vibe, staff and tasteful room.

The location is tricky to get to, not walking distance to anything. On the way back to the hotel many drivers got lost trying to find the location. Also, it is not allowed to use the local taxi app service from the hotel, only one local taxi service is provided which doesn’t leave guests with a lot of options, either for prices or cars, you take what you get.

It’s definitely not value for money

The restaurant does not open for breakfast until 8 am and we had early morning flight We paid for the breakfast however no reimbursement was made

Look at opening hours of the restaurant to accommodate the guest

definitely the best place I’ve ever stayed at.

the view is absolutely amazing and it is chilled. definitely a place to go with your other half if you want to do something romantic!

the menu got a little bit repetitive but the quality of food was exceptional.

Relaxing holiday

We stayed for a few days and it was really beautiful. The pool is amazing and the lounge area super relaxing. You can order drinks and food and just let the time flying by. They also offer to rent a scooter, which is super fun to drive around. It is a perfect place to relax and to enjoy some time together with your partner or friend.

Tablet as menu card. I think I am a bit old school and do like to stay simple with a paper menu card. The place is far off from the town and it would be nice getting away from technology a little bit as well. But it is just my personal opinion.
