المنتجع الذي اجتمع كل شيء فيه

تجربة مميزة وفريدة ، جربت الكثير من المنتجعات في سريلانكا لكن اجزم بأنه هذا المنتجع هو الافضل في سريلانكا ، يجمع لك مميزات جميع المنتجعات ويضعه لك بسعر رخيص مقارنة بغيره ، طاقم عمل البوفيه خصوصاً جدا جدا محترمين ومميزين ، اذا بغيت تحجز بالمنتجع اشوف انه لازم تاخذ وجبتين الي هي الفطور والعشاء كذا بتكتمل تجربتك تماماً ، يكفيك المنتجع بأن تجلس فيه ١٠ ايام تماما من دون مغادرته ، خصوصا مع الاهل ، جيت للفندق قبل ٧ سنوات في ٢٠١٧ والان هي المرة الثانية والعجيب انه في نفس المستوى ماشاءالله ، شكرا للجميع في الفندق

Overall a good hotel. The staff is very helpful and has good hospitality.

Located in a beautiful environment. The Deluxe room we got was also very good. Those rooms had a separate pool. The place where the room was located had a nice view of the sea.

Some foods are too salty. Some foods did not even have the required amount of salt. We went to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was informed about it, but they did not pay any special attention to it.

Great coastline hotel

Another beautiful hotel of Cinnamon Hotels group. It's accommodation spreads over two wings. Has a separate pool for guests who stay in deluxe category or above rooms. Delightful room with a very good bathroom and a separate toilet. Nice lighting setup. Room had a direct access to the pool. But the noice was a bit loud in the pool so changed to another room on second day. Nathalee has organised this for us and special thanks for her. The housekeeping service was excellent. Room service meals were delicious. Breakfast was a massive buffet at 'Bufe' restaurant. Multiple dishes to select from different meal types. Special thank for 'Yasindu' a waiter from the restaurant who is doing a great job.

There is a special massage for the management "can you please organize private/occasional parties at the ballroom or any other sound proof room rather using the previous sea food restaurant as the noice was too much and a lot annoying for the guests".

after we book in booking for standerd room not available @time The reception guy i have his name 🙂 give us in deluxe room and asking for money in the room for him self and told me i give you a big room (deluxe) .

it was a pleasurable stay.

cinnamon hotel chains are always nice and I will always chose Cinnamon Bey over any hotel.

Not the property per say; but the communication during and prior could be improved. Mails could have been answered when a booking has been confirmed. So it was a bit of allover the place when the booking has been done from overseas. But over all the staff is lovely and polite.

I didnt like that they put to much of Russian stuff.in the Buffet was russian food and in one night the play russian music so high and laut that i can't sleep

very good service experience (friendly staff) from the hotel area (clean, comfortable) good place to swim in the ocean! Compared to other hotels, this place is very good! there are a lot of squirrels, monitor lizards, beautiful birds on the territory!
