Nothing
Stood in dog poo the minute I stepped out of the car.
The cabin smelt strongly of urine with ants running everywhere. Dirty worktops and microwave, rotten avocado under the bed. Dirty bedding and towels.
Took my shoes off for 2 minutes, and my feet were filthy.
Booked 4 days, stayed 2

Was a bit old and tired, but was as expected. The price was right though, and it for-filled our needs. Could not turn the shower off properly.

Good for family catch up as units were side by side with good verandah. Cooking facilities were not bad.
It was much older than photos would have you believe. there was no hot water only Luke warm. the sink in the bathroom was coming off the wall and there were no cereal bowls. no view to Lily ponds and surrounded by permanent residents
3.6
Quietness.Able to self cater.
A little cramped but we expected this so it is not a complaint.
3.6
Walking distance to cafes & tavern.
My stay was literally in the middle of a Civil Carpark & Drainage project, at one stage I had a demolition crew directly outside my room removing landscape items. A family of possums running regular across my roof on both nights left my tired and agitated. In conclusion I consider that under above circumstances this unit should not have been rented.

The setting was nice and close to town so we could walk through for dinner. The lily pond is lovely. Hope the renovations go on to repairs etc. Once we got used to the heavy footsteps (hope it was overweight possums) it was ok.
The bed was too short for my 180cm tall husband, his feet hung out the end. There was nowhere to place my night-time things like Ventolin / tissues and torch etc. bedside tables (or at least a little shelf) would have been appreciated. Never saw a soul from admin! I understand it was the weekend but that's the nature of the beast- when looking after guests needs, it would have been nice to just have them pop in and say "Hi".

all good

Comfortable bed.
Mould growing in bathroom and on the walls. It was not a stand alone cabin, it had an adjoining wall and could hear everything through the walls and slamming doors.

I liked how close into town it was, the pool looked nice and the cabin was neat and tidy
a bit small, but otherwise great
3.6
central in its location, pet friendly.
cabin was a bit small and didn’t have air conditioning

Proximity to the national park a big plus. The cabin was very clean and I especially liked the quiet. The staff were very helpful and the grounds and gardens lovely.
Nothing to add.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was green slime in the sink plug hole. The shower floor didn't appear to be very clean as well.
The television screen image was consistently very dark and could not be adjusted.

Close to were I needed to be for work, close to Mapleton Pizza, yum.
Sheets not cleaned and definitely not fresh chrip sheets, the doona had stains, the pillows stunk of sweaty head, so bad I had to put them outside so I couldn't smell it, no top sheet, skirting boards and ceiling had dirt, the cooker was very old and rusted had better at camp grounds. The shower dripping all the time explains why I nearly couldn't turn the tap on at all, so tight to stop it from dripping. Rot in the floor in bathroom felt like I was going to go through the floor. Lucky I had my own bedding and cooking things. Couldn't open curtains with every one seeing straight in. Not worth $104 per night.

Close to where our Conference was. Staff really helpful when we had any issues - flat battery in the fire alarm. Thanks so much!
Think we could hear the gentleman in the next cabin snoring through the walls?

Location, staff and facilities were all excellent
The only thing we thought could make our stay more comfortable was a water jug so we could have cold water in the fridge

Loved it all🙌😁❤
I loved everything. The staff, the place, the surroundings, the quiet etc...
3.6
The surroundings were lovely, beautiful gardens and pond area. Park only a short walk away.
Seating didn't suit for 5 people, only a 2 to 3 seater lounge and 4 seats at table. Unit is for 6 people. Lighting not too good in living area. Rust in pot. A few extra cooking utensils would gave been good, ie a peeler. Couldn't use the pool, as water was freezing.

All was well. Nice guy owns it. Nice and quiet. Short walk to the ponds and the village. Comfy cabin and bed. Enjoyed our stay.
I would like free beer on arrival olease, served with a couple of hard booked eggs.

I could walk to the shop
Shower dripping all night and no top sheet on bed
3.6
the water heater was too noisy outside the window
3.6
It was very clean and within walking distance to everything.

Perfect place for us and our dogs. I have a severe dust mite allergy and had no problems staying here. Very clean cabin and bedding.
No complaints

Very quiet more a retreat area best visit in summet
Because of location and we had rain the cabin had a very damp smell, I also wish you had own washing facilities
