Great location for a wonderful B and B.

Louise was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area. She gave us great ideas for places to see and visit. The en suite room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Her breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend a stay with her and her dog, Missy.

Expérience hôte exceptionnelle !

L'accueil de Louise a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les petits déjeuners ont été copieux varié et frais. Il y avait de nombreux fruits frais. La literie est exceptionnelle dans une chambre spacieuse d'environ 40M2 avec une grande SDB et un dressing. Pour l'instant c'est notre meilleurs souvenirs en NZ depuis 2 semaines.

Franchement Louise a mis la barre très haute. C'est digne d'un 4**** Nous sommes nous m^me propriétaire d'un BnB en Bretagne sud

Fabulous stay

Fabulous accommodation. Large spacious bedroom and bathroom.Louise was a great host. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fruit, cereal, bread, eggs, yoghurt etc. We booked for 2 nights, stayed for 3 and would have happily stayed longer. We were given great recommendations of where to eat, swim, walk and bike. It's staying in places like this that really make your holiday memorable.

5 Sterne Unterkunft in Coromandel

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, hell und freundlich, bequeme Betten, modernes Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber. Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück, die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht, es war einfach alles da, Ei, Avocado, viel Obst, Käse, Schinken, Müsli usw. So ein Frühstück hatten wir in ganz Neuseeland nicht. Vielen Dank Louise

Ich hatte anfangs Probleme mit dem Schäferhund (habe generell Angst vor Hunden), weil er frei herumlief und auch beim Frühstück da war, hab mich aber dann dran gewöhnt und es war ok.

Idyllic location, sumptuous accommodation, breakfast and surroundings.

Palatial room with huge king size bed, beautiful linen, walk in wardrobe, immaculately clean en-suite with hand soap and shower cream. Situated within walking distance of Coromandel town centre. Offering so many opportunities to step back in time to the gold rush times. Lou was a hive of information and said that at the height of the gold rush era there were more than 40,000 people living in the area. So many of the properties still stand albeit used for different purposes. Now we come to breakfast! Pretty sensational and to call it a continental breakfast is a discredit to Lou. Jam packed (pardon the pun) with home made jams, marmalade and local honey, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and home done peach and apple fruits. Toast, crumpets, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit loaf. The table positively groans with goodies to tempt the palate, not that I need any tempting. Lou you and Missy your beautiful German Shepherd make an awesome team. We received so much Kiwi hospitality. Thank you.

Lovely stay in a beauty’s home with a very helpful host.

The location was very quiet.It was a short walk to the town. The breakfast was amazing much more than we could eat.We also enjoyed meeting the other guests at breakfast and talking to the host.

best place to stay for comfort, value, and homeliness

this is a must stay property… beautifully appointed, absolutely top class facilities.. huge room, walk in wardrobe, lovely bathroom with great toiletries, deck to sit out on… and the breakfast… wow. option of borrowing bikes to make sightseeing easier… and what a lovely host.

Beautiful bed and breakfast owned by Lou who has a very nice place and she is the perfect host Breakfast is a very upmarket Continental one with masses of fresh fruit , toast , yogurt , cereal etc , beautifully presented Room very spacious with walk in wardrobe which accommodated our large amounts of luggage.

Louise was a fantastic host. Her breakfast was continental with many delicious fresh fruits. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a king size bed. We enjoyed the small patio and the sunset and star gazing. Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

Beautiful place to stay

Spacious and presented throughout to a very high standard. Good breakfast and Lou the host was a delight, as was the German Shepherd Missy. Unfortunately my husband and I weren’t well during our stay but Lou rallied to help with cough remedies and fresh avocados - thank you!

Lou was an excellent host. Welcoming and friendly, helpful with local stuff. Excellent breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, stewed fruit, fresh fruit, jams and many other spreads , toast, crumpets etc and juice.😊

Fantastic stay! Breakfast was delicious, our room was very clean & tidy, bed was super comfy!! Louise is a great host and Missy was welcoming :-D Great location being so close to town.
