-apartman je imao veoma neugodan miris, balkon je bio prljav, voda je curila iz zidova, pola sijalica ne radi, u toku boravka izvodjeni su radovi koji su nas u toku odmora budili i uznemiravali, niko nas nije docekao morali smo da zovemo nekoliko puta i bukvalno se sami snalazimo za parking. Ne vrijedi za novac ! Na fotografijama je prikazana voda koja nam je usla i zidovi koji su mokri od vode.

Nice comfy affordable place to stay so long as the managers mandate the customer noise.

Comfortable room and bed with a cute little beach down the stairs. The managers were very kind and helpful.

A bus load of guests kept singing loudly until 2+ am. The policy read all quiet from 10pm. We had very disturbed sleep. There were a few basic items- spoons, glasses etc missing from the room and no kettle or tea/ coffee.

Чистое постельное белье. Хозяева до нашего приезда, включили заранее кондиционер чтобы прогреть апартаменты. Хозяева быстро решали возникающие проблемы (сбой WiFi, кондиционер). Доступ к прачечной (мы жили целый месяц), возможность использовать гриль на улице и бар. Во внутреннем дворе есть мини площадка для детей с огромным количеством игрушек, что для семей с детьми очень круто! Если любите природу, тишину и где поменьше людей, то едьте 100%. А еще мы увидели косатку и ощутили на себе что такое землетрясение (8 раз, страшно - прикольно).

Не в сезон, не работает ни один ресторан. Есть маленький магазин, который работает тогда когда захотят, маленький ассортимент и завышенные цены. А до большого магазина на машине 15 минут. Если вы собираетесь заниматься фитнесом, учтите что беговая дорожка не работают, на силовом тренажере дважды рвался канат, будьте внимательны. Квартира была лишь слегка прибрана перед нашим приездом. Если будете готовить, учтите что чего то может не доставать (тупые ножи, нет доски для нарезывания).

Szép kilátás-apróbb problémák

Az apartman közel fekszik a tengerhez, a teraszról remek volt a kilátás. A szállás megfelelően tágas volt. Alapfelszereltség a légkondi minden szobában. A kisebb szobában két különálló, míg a hálószobában egy dupla ágy helyezkedett el. A kisebb hálóból és a nappaliból ajtó nyílik a teraszra. A strandra pár lépcsőn keresztül juthatunk el, nyugágyak a parton biztosítottak a vendégek számára. A szállásadó grátisz motorcsónakos úttal kedveskedett számunkra.

A tisztaság lehetne nagyobb, valamint a takarításhoz elengedhetetlen eszközök lennének szükségesek. Az égyak, különösen a dupla ágy tekintetében sajnos elég elhasználtak, kényelmetlenek. A konyhai felszereléseket kissé hiányosnak ítéltem meg, igaz, ez sok helyen problémát jelent. Kést, serpenyőt, alap dolgokst épp ezért vittünk magunkkal. Az apartman kis odafigyeléssel kiváló színvonalú lehetne. Ami még esetleg zavaró lehet, az épület alsó szintjén található étterem szag és gőzelvezetése közvetlen az erkély mellett helyezkedik el.

Hosts are very welcoming, we got an upgrade to a bigger apartment. It had all we needed, it was clean, warm and easy access and parking. We even got an offer for 2 free extra nights, but we couldn’t stay:)

Compact accommodations

The location is excellent. The host sent a video on how to get to the accommodation, but sadly we had no wifi to see it. Everything was clean.

We are traveling as a group of 3 and the bed for the bed for the 3rd person was very uncomfortable. There was not enough cutlery and crockery for the 3 of us. The photos did not represent on Booking.com did not represent where we staying at all.

Gute Apartment mit Meerblick

Apartman mit 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche/Esszimmer, Bad und grosse Terrasse. Gut eingerichtet, haben wir von Wasserkocher bis Wäscheständer alles gehabt. Teilweise neue Möbel. War sauber. Hunde sind erlaubt. Uns hat ein Missgeschick passiert, aber die Gastgeberin hat schnell geholfen. Danke.

War keine Weingläser vorhanden und nur 1 Stück Teelöffel. Sonst hat alles gepasst.

Really nice and relaxing stay.

My stay in the apartment was great. The hostess was nice and helpful. Everything was at it said in the description. It was clean and equipped with sheets and towels. Location is close to the sea, just a staircase away. You exit on the small beach that has a cafe and restaurant right next to it.

It could have been better.

The room was not clean, the showers rooms was terrible, the shower door didn't close, the lamps near bed not working, one room was without conditioner, the kitchen furniture was in bad condition and other furniture was bad condition.

Mediocre and expensive

Location is nice if you want to admire the bridge. There is a nice cafe close by with view of the bridge.

The arrangement in the hotel is not taken care of, for example, different lamps, different colours, the kitchen does not have stuff that you need. Everything looked very cheap and cleanliness desired for better. Price-quality ratio very bad. It costs too much for what it offers. But ok if you stop one night for transit…

The apartment is in a good location, the sea is right next to it, the beach is small but beautiful.

The only thing missing from the apartment was an additional countertop near the sink for preparing food. And the pillows were uncomfortable because they were blankets (you should put pillows in the covers, not blankets. It was very difficult to find, because the names of the hotel are different - booking.com has one, but on the buildings it is different

The apartment is nice, couple of steps away from the beach. Each room has its own air conditioning. Cosy.

The exact address would be helpful. It was not provided on booking, so we had some difficulties finding the apartment. After calling the provided nubmer a nice lady came and was very helpful.

Very close to the beach, has nice rooms, and has a very cool terrace with a sea view. Good equipment for apartment - new TV, functional kitchen, no problem with WI-FI and cold/hot water. The restaurant has delicious food and a very friendly staff. The quality/price was very good.

Will be nice to have more places for children around the hotel. Towels and linen have not in very good condition, but it is included in the price and available. in the shower room, attention could be paid to cleanliness. the neighboring apartments with the constant smell of smoke from the barbecue were a little disturbing

There was no stand for tv. Lamp bulb did not work in bathroom and nobody brought good one. Dolce gusto Coffee machine did not work. Knife needs sharpening.

Friendly host, good stopover location, spacious apartment

Free parking in front of the property. Friendly host upgraded us to a bigger available apartment. Excellent price in May compared to much higher prices in July.

Had problem finding property on arrival as property number is not displayed. Bedroom and all windows do not have liners or curtains, so for privacy from the road outside, have to roll down wooden shutters making it dark and no ventilation.

Great location and view

The main thing why you should come to this apartment is the view! It's simply amazing! The apartment is big, there is enough place for 3 couples, and there is a separate bathroom for each bedroom which is very convenient. The host is very nice. Location is superb, right on the first line, 50 m from the beach.

Highly recommended!

Very spacious apartment in the new and modern building. Perfectly clean. Well furnished. Good wifi. Very good air condition / heating. Friendly and kind hosts. Excellent beach location with wonderful view of Peljesac bridge. The best value for money in Komarna.
