We enjoyed our holiday at the hotel and would return here again

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and exceeded all our expectations! Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service

The food in the restaurant is not always tasty and the main pool was quite cold. These are the only things I could think of from the disadvantages

المكان جديد ووسط الثلج والمرافق ممتازه..

الفندق لايوفر خدمة للتنقل بين التلفريك لان هناك مكان بعيد جدا تقريبا 15 دقيقه بالسياره .. المساج لايوجد عندهم رجل .. كذلك سعر المطعم غالي جدا واكله عادي .. الدخول كان متاخر جدا الساعه 3:00 ونحن وصلنا الساعه 1:00 ظهرا يفضل ان يكون هناك سعر شامل للوجبتين تحتاج سياره للتنقل لان التلفريك يغلق الساعه 5:00 الفطور كل يوم نفس الشي لايوجد تغيير

We expected more from a Radisson Blu Resort and will consider alternate brands in the future. 😩

Location and friendly staff

Electrical fault in rooms left us without electricity for the better part of the last night. This also affected the air conditioning which left the room uncomfortable and eventually cold in sub-zero temperatures. We did give the hotel the opportunity to change our rooms but that was not forthcoming. Very disappointed when the electricity went off at 1:30am after we were guaranteed it was repaired the night before with no need to change rooms.

Ma fille elle eux une infection à cause d’un plat . Je suis certain que c’est à cause de ce plat car un autre résident il a eux la même chose . Déjà je les amener les deux à l’hôpital

enjoying and pleasant

Loved everything in the hotel from the manager to the Gambodee room (kids play area where you can keep them and they contact you.. the women at the kids Gambodee are so lovely and kind), all employees were amazingly nice. Very Clean and cozy hotel.

Smoking is not allowed indoor but employee are not stopping clients from doing it in the main restaurant unfortunately.

There were no coffee cups in the room . Door in the shower room needs to be replaced . It is better not to go outside the hotel , dirt , construction work , lack of infrastructure.

Exceeded expectations, all the staff very friendly and the breakfast for Vegans was exceptional. Great spot with ski to the door and ski hire in the hotel. Ski runs are reasonable could have done with a bit more snow but the ski cannons topped it up. Would we stay again? YES 100%

Superb

We stayed at the hotel for a week in January. Overall, we liked the experience - the property is new, well-designed and equipped, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast with great food selection. We also liked the SPA area and the outdoors pool. Manager Anastasia made our stay very special, we would like to thank her for always being there for us and helping to solve any issues just momentarily.

We were disappointed by the service in restaurants- both where the breakfast was served and at the Lounge restaurant. During the breakfast there was a poor service in terms of clearing the table and taking away finished plates on time. At the Lounge restaurant the waiters were simply reluctant to work - you had to wait for every their movement for ages starting from the very beginning. You had to wait for getting the menu, for making an order, for your food, they made mistakes in the order, so you could get wrong course or didn’t get something you ordered at all. You had to catch them if you needed something like additional cutlery or children’s chair or a bill. Service in restaurants left a really poor impression. Also, we stayed at the hotel with our 2 years old son and were unable to use the kids room for three days in a raw as it was closed. For those days when it was open it started to work from 2pm. For family with a toddler it is inconvenient to have such a poor activities for kids. All in all, our stay was fine, except service in restaurants and kids room. Thanx again to Anastasia, who helped on every issue. The value for money could be improved. The overall 9 mark is given to the hotel in advance and with a credit for fixing up all the weaknesses.

perfect location, 100 meters from lifts, very friendly and helpful staff. nice spa with the pool outside, nice equipment rent office. everything is comfortable and everybody in the hotel try to help you.

there are some problems with heating in the hotel. It was so hot in our room that it’s was practically impossible to sleep. they tried to solve this problem, but didn’t succeed

Lovely slopeside hotel

The location was ideal, with direct access to the slopes and beautiful views of the mountain. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The restaurant and lounge were fine - the menu wasn’t extensive but the food was decent.

I was planning to stay in Kayseri and made a last-minute decision to book. When I asked the concierge they quoted me 400 Euro a night, which would not have been worth it for a solo traveler. I got a much better rate on Booking.com, so thanks Booking.com!

Great stay with very nice and friendly staff.

The resort is very nice and the facilities are great. The swimming pool has a spectacular view! The staff are all quite friendly and helpful, particularly the people who work at the ski rental place.

There was limited access to restaurants I felt and we ate at the hotel restraunt for our 4 night stay. The ski lift was closed which was also slightly dissapointing however it should be open during the ski season , so hopefully you will not have that issue .

great stay, paranomic views!

The property was amazing, just like the pictures! the property is quite spacious. the hotel also included a game room, which was nice. The pool view was one of my fav views ever, with a back section where you can see the mountains.

Overall great stay, however at times it was hard to communicate with staff due to a language barrier, keep google translate handy or learn a few Turkish words

1. The house keeping. we stayed for 7 nights but unfortunately the cleaning is very bad. 2. Need more facilities inside the hotel for example money exchange. in order to change money, it is required to take taxi to the city center which will take about 40 minutes 3. The hotel staff is not English speaking

Nice ski hotel

It is a new hotel. Nice spacious rooms with access to fresh air (some hotels do not have access to open windows etc. thus that is very important). Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nisa Hanim from guest relations and Mehmet and Kamuran Bey at the reception were so helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. Fresh fruit juices are also included in the breakfast and not extra which is a great bonus! The hotel is walk away to ski tracks and has a nice store to rent and buy high tech ski equipments. Thank you for a lovely stay!

My comments to be improved would be: the gym should have access to fresh air. The aircon are not healthy for gyms as they do not provide fresh ventilations. At the moment the gym does not have access to fresh air (no windows to open). Gym option is always good when it is windy and foggy to ski. The same applies to the halls where the rooms are located. The halls should be ventilated. And finally the guest rooms' doors do not have the stopper and they bang and make a huge sound. I already shared these comments with the Hotel. I hope these can be improved and then I would definitely score `10`.

Great location, great facility and staff

The hotel is a contrast to the rest of the premises around Erciyes Ski resort, exceptional location, exceptional facilities and motivation of staff. Although they have been open recently, everything is well-thought and complete. Remarkable investments. Restaurants, kidsclub, ski-center, swimming pools, spa were exceptional and above the Alpine resort standards we experienced in France, Switzerland and Austria. Even their is direct flight from Amsterdam (AMS) to Kayseri (ASR) we took. Definitely, it will be favourite for in next seasons and we will be coming back.

Nothing I can mention those we did not like. As hotel is vert recently opened there are very minor areas for improvement however hotel management is full aware of those and they have plans to close those gap as soon as March. I think in next season, kids club will be attended by contracted kindergarten even during the weekdays and this will be great help for the crowded families like ours :)

The hotel is really nice, the employees are polite and helpful. Mr Ridvan at the reception helped us a lot with our queries. If you want to stay in a room with a nice mountain view, you should consider choosing Suite rooms. They have a great view. Hot pool is also very well thought.

It was a bad experience

It was overpriced while the hotel even was not completed yet as a newly opened hotel. When you charge me 450 euros per night, I expect a luxury stay without any problem. Since I arrived, the elevator, gym, etc., were full of dust. 3-4 times at night the electricity cut from the hotel side. I booked a suite with Mountain View, but they gave me just a big room with 3-star service. I attached the photo of the terrible bathroom. Water was coming from the floor when you touched a part of it… the furniture was new, and the room was airless with wood and paint smell. It was totally uncomfortable. When I checked the room, I asked to change the room they said there was no availability. I asked for a cancellation, and they refused even I didn’t use the room. They said they could change the room tomorrow. on the next day the manager refused to change the room and so rude said YOU CAN GO!!!! It’s my experience in a 5-star hotel in KAYSERI. As a person who visited many 5-star hotels in Singapore, Dubai, Jakarta, Bali, Malaysia, it was the first time I saw a staff talk like this with a guest… on the other hand, breakfast was so average. When you pay 450 Euros per night, you expect a comfortable stay, friendly and polite staffs, super breakfast, but I see non of them.
