Rating was way off

Location was good

Had 3 ice machines, none worked. Ceiling in room had huge water stains all over it. Pool very dirty and hot tub was drained. Ceiling going to pool area was missing, insulation just hanging out. Was listed as 4 star inducing very good. Should have been no more than 2 star. Outside trash containers full and running over.

Easy access to the hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. The lady that does the breakfast is a sweet lady.

When we first came in the room, it was a little musty smelling but as soon as we turned the AC on, it went completely away. Nothing really bad to say about the hotel.

It was a good stay

I loved the location, the value and the cleanliness of the property

I didn’t like the poor quality of the WiFi and the television. Couldn’t watch the television due to poor quality. Unable to switch rooms and they didn’t have another one available with a spa bath

Great place to spend a night.

Beds were comfortable. Cold air was coming in around heater when it was turned off so I covered it with pillows. Staff was good. Her breakfast was good.

It felt to broken and not clean enough to live sleep in #nevergoback again

The front desk were nice people

No bathroom soap and the maid was extremely rude and act like that was normal not to wash your hands and the front on the building looked like crap and the pillows sucked really bad also the fridge made weird noises all night and our sink just turned on randomly in the night and in the halls. The ceiling look like crap just felt nasty. I wouldn’t go here again.

Just alright

The shower was wonderful. Very good pressure and temp. The AC worked well.

When we got there there was no TV box and they robbed one from another room. The room had an unpleasant odor. Not a downright stink but unpleasant. The mattress was either cheap or broken down.

Great little place in Ft. Smith

Neat little place that had a decent little breakfast and helpful staff. It was a little off the main freeway (I-40), which I didn't realize when I booked, but they were helpful regarding the U-Haul/trailer I was driving and overall were a good property

I didn't love the pillows...but I'm picky about such things and don't really expect hotels to have pillows to my preference.

It was quiet, comfortable, clean and convenient. The rate was good as was the breakfast.

Laundry machine out of service, but that’s no deal breaker.

I was annoyed with other guests and house keeping

Clean and pretty

The TV didn't work, house keeping started bugging me 2 house before checkout, teenagers blocking elevator and behaving rudely, children were screaming at all hours, a couple started fighting in the hallway at 1am, and other guests were extremely rude. Probably won't be back even though I thought the property/building was beautiful.

It was a brief stay and won’t go back.

It was easy to get to.

The beds were really uncomfortable and there was a roach crawling around the bathroom.

I had a great stay, It is a great location in the middle of restaurant area.

Sorry, I am on a fasting routine. It smelled and looked nice but I didn't eat.

I didn't know Wi-Fi was available. I was not given a password. For security, there is no reason to give a room number out loud when it's on the cardholder.

I will remember The Arc if I have another visit to Fort Smith.

Clean, comfortable, warm, well appointed motel. It had everything, including the best breakfast spread of any motel I visited during my 7,900 mile cross country trip.

My only knock on them was that it cost $20 more than a comparable motel and breakfast in Tucumcari, NM the next night.

Very over-rated hotel, barely a 6, let alone an 8+

Staff was nice

Cracks in ceiling drywall, toilet roll holder missing, dirt around base of toilet bowl, smelled of mildew. Rating is waaay off.

Great stay at arc

Room was very clean and spacious beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good my grandchildren got a kick out of the pancake maker malfunction it was making tiny tiny pancakes 🥞 funny pool was clean and enjoyable.

Everything was good.
