If you want excellence this is it

Everything about this exceptional place was fantastic. Food was superb. Bed was so comfortable. Very friendly people who went the extra mile. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this has surpassed many of them. Beautiful location. Thank you so much for making our stay very memorable

Fantastic b&b with superb views

Perfect location for what we wanted and the amazing views from all of the bedroom windows and the same view from the breakfast room Superb breakfast This is the best b&b we've ever stayed in absolutely by far the best Elaine the owner is a lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble

we stayed here for 2 night and it was amazing experience. Hosts were very lovely, the Room was spotlessly clean and the view from the window was beautiful. We also had a vegetarian breakfast and this was the best meal we had during our stay in Breacon. Definitely recommend to others!

Fabulous room, facilities and breakfast, would heartily recommend.

Beautiful large room. Fresh milk & water in a mini fridge. Fabulous breakfast with first class service. Generous parking. A very special place!

Great property

Stayed for 2 nights. Spotless and very comfortable. Very close to Brecon town centre. Room had all facilities and beautiful view necessary for a lovely stay, and was so quiet and peaceful. Very much appreciated extra bottled water on landing. Delicious breakfast with excellent hot choices and fresh fruit/juices. Lovely pleasant service at breakfast time.

The room 🤩 the view & the friendliness Plus how clean & tidy the property was inside & out. Also my lactose intolerance was catered for with out any hassle by Elaine

Although all clean the washing powder is very overpowering. Feel more could be made of the balcony & 2 comfy seats inside to enjoy the stunning relaxing view.

We loved the room, the sense of luxury, and space. We had a stunning view of the mountains. The coffee and food at breakfast were outstanding- one of the best I've had. The peace and quiet were lovely. This is a place to really rest, and sleep well!

There was nothing I disliked. The water pressure was too low to shower in the mornings, which didn't bother me, but might inconvenience some people.

Discreet professionalism in a good location

Large comfortable room which was exceptionally clean Well organised breakfast service with a host who enjoys his job Pleasant, positive hosts running the b&b Good access to the surrounding hills This b&b is very professionally and smoothly run

I didn’t dislike anything, i would recommend it. The only thing I would say is that this b&b feels more like a very small scale modern hotel and doesn’t have quirky charm - it’s restful, neutrally furnished with discreet well organised hosts who leave you in peace and don’t enquire about your plans or ask how your day was.

Perfect

Camden Lodge is beautiful and very clean . The bedroom was so big and the view of Breccon Breccon was stunning from our huge window. Easy to walk into town for food, shops and canal. Lyn and his lovely wife made us feel very welcome and everything was just outside our room if we needed anything extra plus we could ring them if we needed help. They were very friendly and funny and we started our day with a very big tasty breakfast. If we are in this area again we will definately stay at Camden Lodge again.

Fantastic B&B and fantastic hosts

We absolutely loved our stay at Camden Lodge. The room was perfect and had an incredible view across the Brecon Beacons! The location is ideal for exploring Brecon and various hiking routes beyond. The hosts were brilliant and breakfast was delicious with different cooked options to choose from. Overall, we couldn’t fault anything and would thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful and immaculate guesthouse with the best views over the beacons

The property was absolutely immaculate, it was close to town and the views were stunning. I also liked that you could turn off the radiator and the windows were tilt and turn so you could get plenty of fresh air which is a really great change from most places I’ve stayed at where you can’t even open the windows! The food was perfect, accommodating my gluten free diet as well and the service was excellent. Lynne and his wife have done an amazing job and we thoroughly recommend staying with them.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location.

Everything. Excellent breakfast, spacious and comfortable room and possibly the best shower I've ever used. Lyn went above and beyond expectations, even taking the effort to loan me a tie after I mentioned I had forgotten to pack one for the wedding I was attending. Staying at Camden Lodge was a lovely experience that exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.
