Overpriced, not kid friendly, and spider infested

House had most of the amenities we needed, and lots of board games to play.

Company is not very helpful or accommodating. Advertised at $448 for 2 nights until the last screen where they add all the cleaning and other fees which I missed, booked, and immediately messaged and called to try to cancel because I was charged $793 but they refused. When I asked for a manager, I was told “they’re just going to tell you the same thing.” Kitchen sink stuck on spray, very annoying to get splashed every time. Not very kid friendly other than games, and not enough seating in living area for large families to visit together. Bed was too firm for me, and the master shower has no door so you’re just kind of there in the open ,cold, and the bathroom door can’t even lock as it’s just a sliding barn door. I also was covered in some kind of bites, most likely spider, that I had to go to urgent care and get antibiotics and steroids for, so add another $180 to this overpriced weekend stay.

Very nice rental in need of just a little TLC.

Great location just a few miles from town and an hour from the Grand Canyon. Spacious for sure. The swivel chair made it easy for someone in the living room to participate with those in the kitchen. The beds were nice and comfortable, a/c in every room. The grill and stove worked beautifully, Netflix availability and games were appreciated. I also appreciated the number of coffee mugs. The open shower with dual shower heads made showering an experience. We were able to enjoy both the front and back porches in a quiet neighborhood.

The back yard has not been developed and was overgrown with weeds in stark contrast to the neighboring properties. The doorknob to the back door in the second bedroom fell off when we tried to go outside. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets when we got there and while there were towels for everyone there was only one washcloth. One of the selling points for the house was the jetted tub. However, we were unable to use it because the stopper in the tub didn't work.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE

Washer and dryer worked, size of house was good but it was TOOOOOO HOT!!!!

This place does not have air conditioning and was extremely hot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The yard advertised was overgrown. I've never had to strip the beds at a hotel before. The $245 cleaning fee is extremely excessive.
