The room was very comfortable and clean with a very comfy bed. The front desk sraff was kind and courtesy with greeting us every time we walked in. We definitely recommed this hotel for your stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is newly renovated and clean. But our Ac didnt work both night we were there. The compressor never kicked on, just the fan. Staff came down and was just like well the fans on so its working. Even though it was 85 in the room and almost 50 outside. Had to go buy a fan because they didnt have any and it was to late to move hotels. They also dont have cribs, so avoid of you have small ones. Tried to give my husband alcohol for compensation. But my husband has been sober for eight years. Also kind of weird but they tried to say they moved the ac from another room.. which there was no evidence of and you cant replace a wall ac without getting drywall and crap on the floor. Also started with 148 channels then they came and changed it so now theres only 4.

We mainly used the Ellsworth as a place to sleep, but it searched it's purpose well. Staff was welcoming, even at 1 in the morning when we checked in. Only complaints is that the bed position in the room was a bit odd, making it a big awkward to walk around for the bathroom, but otherwise a pretty comfortable and clean room.

Good and economical accommodation for travelers visiting the south rim of grand canyon. Ample parking space and is close to shopping and dining. Couple of issues we had was 1) Room heater (a/c) did not work on first night when it was 15 degrees F and had to shiver the whole night, it was corrected next day. 2) the corridors smelled of smoke very bad and would easily malign air inside our non smoking room

We got the big room that has the sleep sofa. It's awesome because we were over the carport for the vehicles so my kids can make all the noise they wanted and not disturb anybody.

Basic, safe, comfortable. Very budget friendly. Decent size room. There's a Safeway grocery store across the street with a Starbucks. I needed a case of water instead of paying full price at the gas station. I love this area because it smells like pine, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The area is decorated for Christmas.

You truly do get what you paid for! Pros: located close to the Grand Canyon Railway, grocery store across the street, flat screen TV, room was spacious with a lot of electrical outlets to charge electronics. Cons: no elevator so large suitcases had to be lugged up the stairs, dingy hallways with poor lighting, the 'bed' was extremely uncomfortable supported by a hard platform and a few bad pillows, we also found what appeared to be dog hair on the sheets. We were tired from traveling so we just said our prayers and went to bed for the night. The next morning when we went to check out, the front desk clerk was on a business call. Instead of putting the fellow employee on hold, she allowed me to stand there waiting until the call was complete. When I explained to her that there was some sort of hair on our sheets the night before, she offered nothing but a haphazard apology. Needless to say, we got our money's worth ($50) but would not stay again!

This hotel is very limited on everything. The room is small, beds are small. There weren't any extra blankets or pillows on the bed. There is no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. The price was cheap however I've stayed in much nicer hotels for the same price.
