Great Location.

Great location, right in town. Cabin was well layed out, and had most things you needed. Obvious areas were clean and tidy.

Not fully clean, plate draw had debri between plates and there was some food in the fridge.

Great value excellent location

Great value stay, compact cabin with all the amenities awesome central location, comfy bed. Nice big shower and yum meal at onsite Thai restaurant. Would stay again

Great inside, outside needs work.

Nice little cabin, clean and tidy. Perfect for a simple overnight stay.

This place took a little while to find as it's not very well advertised. The limited signage outside says "Snowman Spa" which was obviously a little confusing. The entrance is not exactly appealing ... It's pretty much the backside of a series of bars/restaurants which is not really what you want when you turn up to your accomodation. Inside it's great, but they need to work on making it more appealing on first arrival!

Great place to stay for a trip to the snow

Clean and modern space with everything you need for a short trip. We booked the shuttle up to the mountain and the pick up is in the car park just behind, close to restaurants, supermarkets and rental shops

Superb

Great lil cabin for 2. Held the heat well and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant out front was also very good with great customer service. We would definitely stay again

Perfect cabin

Great spot and such comfy cabins with everything you need. Access to the spa is a great bonus. Well needed after doing the Tongariro crossing

Adequate for a one night stay.

Nice room but too small for a couple for more than one night stay. To be honest we found the cabin a little too small for our liking but did serve the purpose for a one night stay.

All good no issues had a lovely time.

Asked for and confirmed a transfer to the train station day before but on the day no one was around to help. No staff anywhere. Luckily there was another guest there at the time with a car and they helped. Missing the one and only train on the day was not an option.
