Awesome stay at Franklin

Pretty much, everything!. Before reaching the property, I was contacted and got the specifications required ✅ The place is in a quiet and nice neighborhood, it seems to be very safe 😌 The apartment was spacious and comfortable, clean and soft beds,the kitchen completely full of everything you need 👌 It is close to Nashville,we had a great time downtown,super recommended 👍

We would stay here again!

plenty of space, decorated nicely, comfy. It was close to where we had the family reunion. Easy drive to Nashville.

I wish there would have been more furniture (comfy) on the screened in porch. It was such a nice space.

Neat and clean and in quiet area.

Missing some essential items like bath soap. No means of setting luggage on a stand or clothes in a dresser. Had to put luggage on the floor to access anything. Mattresses seemed to be old and not as comfortable as most facilities have.

Exceptional

we loved being able to spread out and having room for everyone to enjoy. It was quiet, relaxing, and we were able to truly escape from the busy parts of life.

Wasn't as "Fresh in Franklin" as we were hoping.

I liked the easy access to the front door. In and out of the house was very simple and quick which helped our family.

We were not particularly happy with the smell of the whole house. Even our three-year-old commented on the scent without being prompted. Considering cost versus value, it was overwhelmingly more expensive than what seems fair. Having the space for the house was the best thing for us, but the smell made the whole experience unenjoyable. Also, paying for an experience like this is difficult only to check out and see there have been cleaning fees and an "electricity fee" added at the end. THEN, in order to check out, you have to do things the cleaning company would take care of.

A very comfortable home!

The property was clean and comfortable. it was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The host gave many good suggestions on what to do in the area.

It would have been nice to have a few more comfortable chairs in the living room.

I'd for sure come back! Very grateful for the comfort of this home for the week we were there!

The location was ideal. The neighborhood was perfect for my son to enjoy walks, and there were several parks close by. It's close driving to everything to Franklin, and a 30 min drive to Nashville. The beds were comfortable and the owners were incredibly gracious & responsive! They helped us even add a day, last minute, to our stay because of Hurricane Ian.

I know this is a new property for the owners- but the only thing I wish was different was a bit more furniture in the living room. Everything else was outfitted with cozy charm. The swing on the back porch was a big hit, too.

PERFECT & SO COMFORTABLE!!

Fresh In Franklin is a beautiful, comfortable, and adorable little home. In our party, we had two teens and 1, so we were very comfortable in this home with 3 beds (in 3 bedrooms), and 2 bathrooms. It has a Real Fireplace, beautiful colors and decor, a super fun and relaxing porch swing, and it’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Access to large parks are within walking distance, and shopping is located nearby. The best thing this home has to offer is it’s amazing owners who are exceptionally easy to approach with any questions, they’re helpful, and attentive to any communication you might send to them. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The garage was unusable during the time we were there due to some mechanical issues but we were okay with leaving our car outside because the neighborhood is safe, and there was no threat of hail damage to our rental car at the time we were in town.

Beautiful Town of Franklin

The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great! Close to Nashville Zoo, miniature golf, and movies. Owner was great, and very friendly.

Very pleased with our overnight stay here--clean, well-stocked, friendly hosts, great location!

Cozy, very clean, and my mom was over the moon to discover coffee and coffee filters in the cabinet because we forgot to bring them. The rest of the kitchen is also well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans and silverware and even tupperware. Hosts were very communicative, the neighborhood is very friendly (lots of people out walking their dogs, a playground within walking distance too), and the decor is bright and cheerful and homey. A lovely little place to stay!

The backyard is a little muddy if you've got kids who need to run around. But there's a playground nearby, so it works out.
