Great base of operations for a Nashville area stay.

Great location with very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was handy. Nice work area/dining table with plenty of seats and power outlets. Good internet.

The pool was usable, but would have been better if the water was warmer.

Quick stop but would come back!

Good spread for breakfast. Great staff that made checking in fast and easy. Hotel hallways nice and clean. Room was great, felt like I was in an apartment.

Adequate...not special. Closed before we could attend.

New carpet toxic smell on our floor. Floors, counters and sink dirty in room. Bed not changed, hair apparent in sheets and wrinkled.

What a nice treat!

We stayed here last year when passing through from Florida to KY. Great staff, facility, room and bedding! And I can't say enough about the good breakfast we had. You guys know how to take care of guests! We will refer to all our friends. Thank you!

The hotel is clean. The kitchen area was nice. It was a roomy space. The bathroom set up was nice.

The pillows were extremely flat. It took three each to make us comfortable. The bathroom area could use some new caulking and paint was peeling. Only one elevator was working.

The staff was WONDERFUL, especially Austin. The hotel itself had some real issues.

Great location.

1. Not enough handicap rooms with 2 beds; 2. Two elevators but only had one operating; 3. Roll-in shower left standing water outside of the shower; 4. Breakfast was really bad; 5. Beds were awful 6. Linens had stains;

A completely pleasant surprise. An oasis in the busy area of Cool Springs.

Great breakfast, clean pool location, cool little store in the lobby. Terrence and Austin were welcoming and knowledgeable. A total pleasure to stay there. We didn't want to leave!

The coffee machine in our room...even when made to instructions on the packet, it was more like tea. But we just went downstairs and got coffee from the lobby!

Quick, accommodating, friendly, and convenient.

Breakfast was good, plenty of easy prep options. The location was perfect for our reason for travel. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Bed linens were dirty. We requested new ones and switched them. The pool was very dark at night, lots of burned out lights and the water was very cloudy. Noise from upstairs guests made it hard to sleep which isn’t fault of hotel, I would just suggest a 6th floor tool to avoid that issue to any guests staying in the future. Great parking also.

Location was great, the hotel lobby and staff were excellent

We had king bed with pullout couch. If you pulled out the pull out you could not walk at all between the two beds. We moved the couch the other way so there was room and under the couch was so dirty, leftover pizza, half smoked joint and just crumbs. The bathroom at one time had some water damage and the repair to the wall and base boards was not wonderful.
