staff needs better training or should be replaced, beds could be more comfortable

clean hallways and rooms

no ac in the lobby and receptionist takes about 30-45 min to check you in. she has no sense of urgency and doesn't really seem like she knows what she is doing. her name is sabrina and it was so bad i had to warn the people checking in while i was checking out.

No booking here again!

Nice staff

No room service. Get charged to replace linens and towels. Broken elevator. Appliances are rusted and old. Broken shower head was being held up by plastic wrap. Roaches!

The facility was clean

Property charged my card prior to my stay when booking said we could pay at the property... Woodspring Suite employees were no help at all. When completing booking it states "your card WILL NOT be charged" and yet the property was able to and would not reverse the charge. Very disappointed! Waited a good 20mins before being attended to check in..called property several times while waiting in the lobby. Air con was also not working to it's full potential..asked for clean towels and receptionist said we had to turn ours in before receiving new ones but we were on third floor. NO CHANNELS TO WATCH ON CABLE! There were only two channels available to watch without signal interruption.

it was mainly men was told there they hadn’t seen female in a while scary bc I had kids with me. floors were dirty. you would get a fee if you left trash . at night the outside had an odor

the rule of me having to pay $25 if i left my trash in trash can for cleaning people to take out

For the stay it was ok, for our prilgramige

Did not offer breakfast Tub looked dirty but it was rust (I guess) tried cleaning with Clorox wipes it was stained

Had to take trash out Limit on towels

Awesome staff that totally came to my rescue

Location was great. The staff especially Sheryl was above and beyond Awesome!!

Nothing that comes to mind to make my stay bad.

It is a good place to stay if you need to stay for length of time.

I like that you can get clean towels and linens when ever you want.

I don’t like that I have to pack all my belongings and food for them to spray for bugs.

Really good, clean option for travelers that plan to stay a while.

Upon my arrival I was assigned a smoking room but thought I had requested a non smoking room. Since I reserved through a third party there was nothing they could do. A few minutes later they pulled a rabbit out of their hat and gave me another room. I like the cleanliness of the rooms, there's no carpet and the property is maintained to a high level in regards to paint and repairs and furnishings.

I didn't like the noise from the highway. The property is right next to the highway and if you get a front facing room, all you will hear was road noise..... All night. Also there's no curtains just blinds. The hotel should invest in room darkening curtains to darken the front facing rooms and hopefully drown out some highway noise.

It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning to this location!!!

The front desk was mad that I made the reservation online and would not give me key.. Had me wait till 3-4 to check in.. The towels were nasty.. Very rude and the attention was lo class
