We loved it and were very pleased.

The smell is incredible when you walk in, the decor is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and beautiful.

The keys for the lock didn’t work , but they did help twice .

Nice and convenient place, just needs a few repairs.

Room had a leak under the carpet reported 3 times and there was a bad odor in the bathroom, I think it was from the sink. Reported when we left.

Our stay was awesome, the rooms are very spacious and very clean.

I loved that it was in a great location and very secure.

I loved how everyone was so kind & courteous including housekeeping. Everything was so nice & clean. The breakfast was delicious as well as the happy hour food & drinks. Keep doing what you all are doing bc YOU GUYS ROCK!

The only thing I didn't like was one of the pools wasn't working. I'm guessing it was the hot tub/ jacuzzi. Other than that everything else was outstanding. Keep up the great work

The room could have been cleaner. Very dusty. There was hair on the nightstand between the beds.

Everything was good except having to pay extra to check in early after our 6 hour drive.

The free food and drinks, the beds are comfy

I get called into work for a couple hours , when I went back I wasn’t able to get back in . My bf couldn’t get into the room either so he went a got another motel .

it was amazing stay everybody was polite and everything was comfortable. We love staying here on our family trips.

I love everything about it. The staff was very nice. Everything was clean good atmosphere good location right off the highway.

I liked everything. It was perfect for a family getaway.

One of the beds before leaving we checked for bed bugs because we found 2 on my dads shirt. The water handle in the shower was so hard to turn, to turn on water.

Exceptional

We liked that the room had its own little living room with a television, separate from the bedroom. The bedroom also had a television. We had two queen size beds which were comfortable, and plenty of pillows! The staff cleaned our room and replenished our towels by the time we got back from our outing.

Everything was great! We were looking forward to the pool because it looked beautiful, but the water was wayyy to cold! Maybe next time!

The processed breakfast food and the pet fee was way too much for 2 tiny dogs. I would recommend they do an inspection for pet da.age ams D charge accordingly.

the Do Not Disturb sign was on it and it was before our check out time.

Housekeeping does not respect the Do Not Disturb sign and front desk does not respect their word. Front desk told us we could have a late check out, 1pm (12pm regular), and housekeeping was knocking on our door since 11am nonstop every 30 minutes. The complimentary soaps/shampoo/conditioner had brown stains on them. Our TV remote didn’t have working batteries.

50/50 not completely satisfied but over all just ok

just about everything

two of the side bed nightstand lights didn’t work , the jacuzzi hot cold handle was switched , hot was cold and cold was hot , the front desk had to call maintenance since he was off and had to wait an hour to fix the issue .
