Location
Smelled like pee and mold, floors sticky, stains on sheets, felt like I was in the ghetto as far as cleanliness and type of other residence staying here. Did not feel safe or clean.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean.
The bed was not queen size and very uncomfortable. The location was not the best. The interior in the hallways seemed very run down and not keeper up and was very dimly lit.

I really didn’t like it. I didn’t think it was worth what I paid. I think if you are going to stay a long period of time it might be ok but Candlewood Suites is a lot better & offers more.
No ice, no shampoo or conditioner, the bar of soap looked old, the bed had a stain on the sheets & a hair from a previous person that stayed there. Oh when you checked out there were no instructions on how to & you called the overnight crew on this phone & no one answered. Good thing I didn’t get locked out.

Nothing, place was filthy. Grounds outside were littered with trash and dog feces.
Sheets on bed we're dirty, had hair on them and looked slept in. A room that wasn't covered on grime. A safer environment. Less transient guests with broken down cars.

The front desk lady was nice.
Room was filthy. Stove covered in grease and burnt food. Floor was sticky and dirty.
No washcloth’s , bathroom sink stopped up.
I could not stay the 4 days. It was too late to check out.
Checked out next morning.

The location was nice and close to everything and I don't believe there was a breakfast option
It smelled a bit like mold in the bathrooms and the hot water takes a long time to get going in the showers also the pillows need replaced

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and that made a world of a difference! 10/10 for value and experience

The Staff was very pleasant, and I know they did their best. It's hard to control the animals when you're staying at a zoo.
Extremely Loud. Other residents were screaming at eachother and fighting in the halls at all hours of the day/night. I definitely did Not feel safe there.

The location was okay! Had a girl sitting outside yelling at someone on the phone I think as there was no one around that I could see,
No breakfast was offered. Also my special request was that we had a dog that would be with us. In the email I received back from them said they read my special request and that there would be no extra charge. When we got there the girl charged us $25.00 for him.

The front office lady was nice. But no manager or anyone called back when we had to leave early…. We paid two nights and didn’t stay there….
I had to leave early, didn’t spend either night of a 2 night stay. Asked if they could refund one night( in advance). They said a manager would call back. No one has called, it’s already been 5 days…
Kids sad

I liked everything for the most part. I loved that it has a little kitchenette set up. Thar was sweet.
I found a couple of hairs in the bathtub, but I'm a woman and understand it is hard to sometimes get all the hair out of a tub.

honestly everything, the hotel seemed to have junk cars in the parking lot with not car license plates. The hotel was very smelly, had no house cleaning unless you paid extra for it. check in was a joke because it is 30 minutes to check in because no one had answered the phone. Was not the best stay ever.

There was no breakfast, pot or pans or silverware. You could not wash clothes and the room smelled bad
The smell of the rooms. Nothing to use to cook with. The washing machine were out of order. Did not get the room we booked.

It was a lot like staying in a dog kennel, with no front desk staff unless you called them from the lobby phone. It was the first time a hotel ever told me I had to take out my own trash. The dogs are allowed to bark endlessly and there were no staff on duty to complain to. I left several days early. Will never stay there again!
The shower flooded the bathroom floor every time. I had to sop up the water with the towels then wring them out and hang them to dry in the room every day. No wonder they tell you there are absolutely no refunds!

I don't remember being told that there was a breakfast. I went out and bought breakfast outside at Wendy's Mc Donald's and the grocery store.
I have seen hotel rooms that were $200 less a week where the hotel has either a public hot tub or public pool. Your hotel has neither.
