The staff was wonderful; the location superb.
The entrance was tricky the first time, negotiating the round-abouts, but we learned quickly. This is not a deterrent to our return visits.

Very nice
On the interstate perfect!

It was an upscale place!
6.0
It was very comfortable, clean and easy to get to.
The pet policy is very expensive. Had one little puppy, but still had to pay $89. And a $50 deposit I hope I get back. We usually pay around $35 so $89 is crazy. I didn't know how much the pet fee was until I checked in, so I just had to pay.

Bed was comfortable
The pool was so cold I couldn't even get into it .
9.0
The smell due to animal friendly. But not horrible due to also having dogs so use to it. But I didn’t expect it

I felt very comfortable at the hotel, it is located in a nice quiet zone. I found it very clean, nice facilities, very nice staff. Definitely I will come back again.
I have no complains, so I would add a word

Nothing about our stay during traveling, but I’m starting to acknowledge other properties whom treat people much more descent them the Hamptons.
Your staff was extremely rude, loud and they laughed about me, yet one old woman couldn’t afford to dress descent. Your refrigerator smelled like something extremely rotten was in there for a while.

the breakfast was fine as was the location.
the decor of room, lobby and hotel was better than expected.
plenty of parking spaces with a clean outside/curb appeal.
just the lack of dusting in room and bathroom.
shower faucet somewhat tricky and leaky.
some bathroom lights out, replaced by maintenance but went out again....a short i would assume.

The friendly staff, how quiet it was.

staff
room was not cleaned at all! garbage in the bins, messed pillows, dirty towels in the bathroom.
ordered a room with 2 queen beds , got a room with one bed and they said they can’t do anything.

That you have to pay for parking each night even though it's a huge parking lot and nothing around

The hotel was in a good location, only 6 minutes from where our tournament was. There was a Target close, and ample opportunity for dining.
Room was filthy, only cleaned every 4 days per the front desk staff. I had to immediately get a replacement set of full bedding for both beds, which I changed out myself. Pool/hot tub was non working the whole time when it was advertised to have pool access. Staff was very dismissive, off putting, and unprofessional regarding our concerns. Breakfast grab bags were not available. One of our queen beds sounded like it was breaking/falling apart anytime anyone moved on that bed. Refrigerator didn't freeze or keep food cold enough. There was a clothing size sticker stuck on the wall in plain sight. There was dried vomit-looking stuff on nightstand. Office chair was riddled with gross stains.

The breakfast was great. The room was nice. And clean. We stayed in some motels on this trip where the cleanliness wasn't up to our expectations.
A little hard to find in the dark, but we found it.

Room was fine, comfortable, clean.
Held up at check in for over an hour. Problem between Booking.com and hotel, but the front desk repeatedly told me my payment was declined and would not let us into our room, even with proof of pre-payment (email receipt, confirmation #, bank withdrawal of funds). Embarassing as we were in a line of people and I kept getting pushed to the back to again be told I was declined. Also there was a charge for "incidentals" of $50 that was REQUIRED to be prepaid (reimbursed later), and a $12/night parking fee. Issue was eventually very easily resolved when the hotel FINALLY contacted Booking.com.

The pool and rooms were great.
The bed was not comfortable for me.
